so wet

This is obviously where the crackheads live. Not an exaggeration, there were literal crackheads on the property. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures and ratings, like I was. The room very obviously had not been cleaned in days, if not weeks! There was hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor, in the tub, and on the bathroom counter. There was a large, unidentifiable oily stain on the drapes and a bloody, squished fly on the wall. One person in our group sat on the bed, and it was wet. The whole room had a foul, dank smell to it. If the room is that gross, imagine what the kitchen looks like! Just, no.

The room smelled like cigarettes

The concrete was needing to be swept. Our room, the flooring was loose, sticky, and had an odor. Paper thin walls inside and outside….heard everything. The lady at the desk, very nice. I just felt like I was not safe staying there with my granddaughter. I got what I paid for.

had to change rooms due to all the mold. That room was a little better. Bedding was all damp. My daughter had to stay somewhere else . Rooms are dirty, mold on the curtains. Unhealthy & unsafe place to stay!

Friendly check in staff. But the rooms were unkempt. We had a harder time finding our room, as several were missing numbers. The couch was old, stained and covered in cigarette burns. The office chair was dusty and missing a wheel, the remote backing was missing and the desk was scratched with missing pieces. The lotion on the sink counter was half full, and the toilet did not flush well. Stuck-on “debris” on the walls next to the beds, and missing outlet cover plates on plugs. Our towels had red stains on them. Thankfully the ac worked and bed looked clean enough. It appears as if long term residents stay there, and some windows were boarded up. The breakfast was basically nonexistent, with only 2 pots of coffee, some apples, and a waffle station. The cereal was empty. Overall not a good place to stay, though looks like it once was nice.

The room was very clean and spacious. Ac was really cold .Lots of parking !

Great place womderful showers

First day went down for breakfast barely anything out! Was able to make 1 and a half waffles for a family of 5. When i went to front desk was told they was just getting back to things after covid. Took them till now. Wow but then we asked for clean towels didnt get till i went and washed the ones we used. Had to go ask for toliet paper. Never cleaned out room the whole time we was there from thurs. To tuesday. Beds very uncomfortable. Wont stay again here.

Cockroaches in the room, bathroom door would keep you locked in . The sensor that’s supposed to read the key card didn’t work , had to go back 3 times and still it didn’t work .

Room was disgusting, bugs everywhere, stains on the floor, rusty and cracked fridge, trash under the bed, only the beds were cleans. Awful experience

Mold on mattress dirt in every corner and stuff splattered all over the walls looks like it needs a deep cleaning

Checked in and was given a room that was already occupied. Sorry to whoever I walked in on. Room I did get was hardly clean but wasn’t spending much time in the room so went with it. Sometimes cheep hotels surprise you with being clean and comfortable. This was the opposite, guess I got what I paid for.

When I Made reservations online and when it was time to check in it was no rooms available and I thought it was kind of weird to me

I was charged a $50.00 deposit twice and only refunded one deposit. Now I can't reach a real person to get my money back! The whole property is old and in need of repairs. No breakfast out at 8 am when promised. Pool is GREEN!
