The room was very clean. Very friendly staffs. Good location at the city center. Quite environment.

Rummet var ok, däremot inte badrummet, min man fick sitta på sned på toastolen för benen fick inte plats, duschen var ok. Sköna sängar, lyhört. Parkering vid hotellet.

The rooms are very small and with very little light. When inquiring as to why our shower didn’t have a door (and thus water was all over the bathroom making it dangerously slippery) i was told they are renovating and just hadn’t finished our room yet (my thought was they shouldn’t have put us in there then but…). That said the staff is nice, the breakfast very good and location quiet and walkable to most things.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The shower had stable hot water and great water pressure. Overall, a very comfortable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was more than adequate for a short two night stay. The room was clean. The included breakfast was fantastic offering Great selection and plenty of seating. It's easy to walk to the fish market, restaurants and touristy shops from the hotel. If you joining a cruise ship ita short flat walk from Thon Orion to the terminal.

When we were in Bergen, there was a hospitality strike going on. As a result, the hotel service was impacted. Breakfast options kept shrinking the 3 days we were there; coffee machine maintenance at times was behind, checkin line was long. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable. Location was great. Rooms were charming.

The room was very dark w very little lights. Our shower didn’t have a door despite a door frame being there. This made the bathroom very wet and unsafe as it was slippery. The rooms are small as well.

Hotel perto do centro histórico, com ótimo café da manhã, funcionários simpáticos, mas o quarto família para quatro pessoas é bem apertado!

Pedimos camas de solteiro mas eram muito estreitas, sendo desconfortáveis – mal se podia virar durante o sono. Café da manhã muito bom, localização excelente. Staff muito atencioso.

The hotel is perfectly placed, and just a short stroll from the historic Bryggen Wharf, and nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at the hotel although came at a cost. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Bergen.

Excellent breakfast buffet with helpful staff who made you feel welcomed. Room was quiet and clean - bed comfortable. Appreciated the noon check out.
