We arrived to the hotel 11am and the staff booked us in to the room early. The location was perfect, short walk from the ferry’s, next to a bus stop. Some nice restaurants close by. Ok not in the centre of the city. Clean hotel, well stocked breakfast. Nothing bad to report

Great location, short walk to the station that links the airport train and can easily walk into the city centre so no need to take further transport. Room was clean and had everything it needed for a short stay. Breakfast was great and plentiful, exceeded expectation even with a hospitality strike in Norway. What made the stay wonderful was the staff, interacted with may different staff members and all was so friendly and helpful- credit to the staff, keep doing what you doing, keep up the great work and smiles.

Dette er en byggeplass nå. De begynner å bore i veggene kl 7.00. Skulle tidlig opp men lyden var plagsom.

Wir hatten am Frühstück nichts aufzusetzen und auch die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Einzig zu bemängewar die Baustelle des Hotels. Es war eingerüstet und somit keine Aussicht vom Fenster

Frukosten va riktigt trevlig och god. Enkelt rum, med få amenities.

Room wars excellent,very clean. Bath was outstanding amazing shower. TV programming was weak with limited English language news.

Mary(full name is maybe Mary Fris...something) was the receptionist when I was checking in. She was amazingly knowledgeable, smart, and kind. She knew everything about hotel system, city Oslo, travel attractions etc. I believe Thon hotel must guarantee some special BONUS and COPLIMENT for her. :)

Great location for the harbour area. Efficient and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast.

Breakfast very good. Room good value for Oslo. Hotel building is still under construction/redevelopment and clad in scaffolding and plastic sheeting, meaning that there was no view from the bedroom.
