We were told up one check in that breakfast was included, only to find out the next morning that it was a restaurant within the hotel and included additional expenses. The airport shuttle was convenient, until the 15 minute drive to the airport took over an hour due to the driver forgetting passengers at another hotel and turning around after nearly arriving at the airport. When we finally arrived at the airport, we were then dropped off at the completely opposite end of the airport after it had previously been confirmed where we needed to go. Staff were quick to relocate us from our one room when we didn’t have heat in our room. Down side was our other room was VERY loud in front of the elevators. Not a good night sleep before a big flight.

Good. It was basic but it did the trick to helped us out. We had to leave our apartment because there was no electricity for a couple of days

Room clean, friendly staff. Only hiccup was key card had to be reprogrammed twice. Highly recommended as pet friendly

2 séjours à cet hôtel pour l’aller et le retour d’un voyage. Retour dans la nuit, tres longue attente pour l’enregistrement. Le réceptionniste était seul à l’hotel et a dû repondre à une urgence. Aurait dû y avoir une autre personne, aucun sens dans un hôtel de cette grandeur, c’est une question de sécurité. 2e lit de la chambre n’avait pas été changé, présence de poils. Système de chauffage très bruyant. Les aires communes (section de la piscine et dans les couloirs des chambres) sont mal entretenues, meubles défraîchis, planchers et tables malpropres. Au depart, confusion sur le prix payé, me dit de faire affaire avec la cie de crédit pour régler les problèmes. Points positifs, restaurant très bien, souper et déjeuner, et systeme de navette pour l’aéroport efficace.

La piscine m’était pas ouverte

Tout était très bien. Cependant, la piscine était fermée lors de notre séjour.

Hotellet var rejält slitet och sunkigt och poolen som jag hade läst var avstängd i september var fortfarande inte i bruk. Personalen i receptionen kändes också trött och oengagerad.

Check in was very easy and fast with courteous staff, room was very clean, bed is super comfortable pillows are lacking (but I’m picky about pillows) while the restaurant is pricey the food was great and you are paying for the convenience, bar tender was talkative and attentive while we ate. Will definitely stay here again before a flight.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could have been better in the room. We enjoyed sitting by the fountain. The food was very good!
