Love the pool and common area of this hotel! Very cool!

Nice room

The building was dated, but the room was nice and included a fridge and microwave. It was comfy and quiet. There was very little space on the bathroom vanity for toiletries.The pool was under repair so unavailable for use, but we were charged extra to park our car.

Stay was Okey. Wont recommend.

Newly renovated, wide area to sit around the pool. Clean room and comfortable bed. Shower has no soap holder/shelf need to install one.

I booked this hotel 20 minutes outside of town because it had a swimming pool (they use it in their cover photo). Upon arrival I was told the pool is closed. Since there are many nice hotels in the same price range in beautiful central Montreal, the only thing that could make this hotel worth being on the outskirts of the city is if you wanted it closer to the airport or in my case, wanted the pool. So that was a big disappointment to not be notified by the hotel. If you dig into the description it did say the pool was being renovated, but that completion, according to them should have happened two weeks before our arrival. No apology was given. I feel even if they had given a beverage voucher or a restaurant discount that would have felt much more professional. Speaking of the restaurant, we paid $81 for 2 simple salads, 1 order of fries and 2 beverages. Earlier that day we had a similar meal, of higher quality and better tasting, in beautiful central Montreal and it was half that price. Lastly, our room had an unpleasant odor. So, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The room was lovely and clean. The airport. Driver was great.

The property is clean..but a scope of lot of improvement. The swimming pool was under maintenance, the couches near the pool area were dirty, no soap holders in shower, no water bottles given on check in, breakfast was very average with not even a small milk carton (150ml) allowed to be taken to room for child. There was no room cleaning done in 2 days. The front desk staff very polite but lack a lot of customer service skills. Felt they were disinterested in their job with an exception of one nice girl.

Pool is closed for renovation which I hoped would have told us at least right after we booked it. We did not enjoy the stay and for the price of the room that we paid, we could have gotten a better deal with breakfast in different hotels. Not happy with the services here.

Very cold room as. Gym equipment is not proper set etc

The staff were so passive aggressive about the guest. Did not warn us about electricity being down. When you ask a question they seem like they don’t care. Would not recommend.

We loved the courtyard the boys played out there a bunch and unfortunately the pool was under reservations but we would book again once it is open if we ever come back to Montreal for another tournament, we enjoyed the dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was all wonderful

Renovated property and rooms are massive. Loved the stay. Friendly staff. Would love to visit again.

Enjoyed my stay. Only 1 complaint. The ball hockey team and parents went to your restaurant. Waited hour for food.

Air conditioner not working. Wifi very poor and disconnects often. Room is dated with many things missing like a soap holder in the shower. Toilet flushes poorly.

Found this place online and thought the pool area looked amazing so I gave it a shot. I was in a room upstairs overlooking the pool. In the room there is another door you can use to get to the balcony that wraps around the building allowing you to go back into the pool area through a side door. After being in my room all night my fiancé and I went onto the balcony but our main door was locked with the dead bolt. Turns out you can’t use the balcony door (which nobody told us at all) when we used our keycard to get back in through the balcony it wouldn’t let us in…went to the front desk and she laughed and said “yea u cant use that door”. It was 2am…we sat outside our room for hours while trying to figure out how to get back in our room as the building was doing nothing as their master key didn’t work. Eventually a random man came and cut our deadbolt off. Decided to try them out again and for $200 for one night when I got there turns out the pool was under construction so cant use that. Wish we would have known prior to our stay as I would have gone somewhere else. The people working on the pool started at 8am waking me up with their HVAC machine. So becsuse we couldnt use the pool we tried to hook up our Nintendo switch to the TV…turns out you can’t do that. U can only watch the 5 channels the tv offers.. so I sat there staring at a wall my entire stay waiting to pick up my mother from the airport. Definitely would go somewhere else dont waste your money here.
