Good location for our weekend away. Staff were all great. Good sized parking garage for small to mid-size vehicles. Had drinks in the lounge, nice atmosphere overlooking the valley. Was mother’s day and didn’t book a reservation so had breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant before checking out on Sunday which was sufficient and well presented and prepared. Rooms are dated but clean. Will return when in the area. Thank you.

Cons:Room was plain and furniture shabby, no fridge. No face clothes . Hand towels were dingy. Room smelled stale. Bathroom and coffee shelving was dusty. Pros: pillows and bed were very comfortable. Check-in staff and Bellamy’s bartender was great!

A little bit of an old school hotel. No updated tvs with Netflix or YouTube. Just cable. No movies. No speakers. Bathroom a bit old school. But good view of river valley.

Over all We enjoyed our stay especially the bed is sooooo nice and comfy . We love the firmness of it.

Nice stay. A classy hotel. Some of the stuff such as bath tub/shower is a little dated but all in good working order. Excellent cleanliness and loved the complimentary in room coffee selection. Would definitely stay again!

I love the location when going to Roger’s. Like the restaurants ate supper couple times and breakfast very reasonable .

I believe it’s a very nice solid hotel but could definitely use a lot of updates , it feels a bit outdated but decent price per night. Very nice location. The parking doesn’t feel as secure could be more secure. All in all we enjoyed our trip but had higher expectations for the rooms. Was a great addition to have 3 free drinks from 5-7pm ( I believe was the time I could be wrong ) they should definitely advertise that it’s a 3 drink minimum.

The friendly, helpful staff made the difference during our stay at this iconic downtown hotel. Kudos to concierge lounge staff Helen and Tweedy; bar server Raoul and of course Doug the doorman. We enjoyed all the extras with the concierge room plus a fabulous dinner in the La Ronde revolving restaurant with server Jason doing a stand-up comedy routine through the evening. Excellent!

Hotel was very nice, check-in procedure with David was very good. No room service was disappointing and apparently maid service is no longer a daily hotel service as I was there 2 days and never seen a maid cart. Very nice view of the river valley from my room. Almost time for a room revival as the beds, furniture etc. were very old. Good location, nice underground parking (for a fee) and near some very good pubs and high end restaurants but I probably would not stay downtown again next time.

Staff were fantastic and always helpful. Ice machines on 10 and 11 not working and while rooms are dated, everything was well maintained and clean. Maybe upgrade your bath towels, but a nice place and nice location downtown.
