雖然不如照片優雅~但提供停車場且飯店隔壁就是加油站~離市區或禁區距離大都在五公里左右~是個不錯的體驗

The location just around the route 23. But it will take around wt minutes from the train terminal and center of the siteseeings. Be careful the bus has a lot of ticket checker in this city of theft. They will claim the tourist for €50/person if you don’t but a ticket for your luggage, not write your name on the day pass or not init your ticket by stamping on a machine on the bus. The bus driver will never warn or ask you for it because it is what their salary came from. The overall condition of the hotel is just repainted, but the room are broken and old. Condition for the bathroom is bad. The hotel also offer half board but the dinner manual is not that attractive. So don’t rely on it. The staffs are helpful however. There are many private events held in the hotel.

這是一家服務品質相當差的飯店,櫃臺入住時沒笑容.我們退房時,泳衣放在浴室沒拿走,打電話請他們幫我收起來下午再去拿,結果專程返回飯店,櫃臺連問都沒問就說沒有衣服,我們跟他僵持20分鐘 ,只好走了,晚上再打電話給他們又說找到了,可是我們已經在威尼斯了,飯店有錯應該幫忙寄回台灣,卻告訴我們郵資40歐元要自己付,可惡,同她們爭論竟掛我電話,再聯繫他也不理會,建議大家不要考慮這間飯店,花錢受氣.＿

这家酒店标的四星，个人感觉真的没有四星，房间除了比较大之外，设施都比较老了，但是价格也比较低，所以胜在性价比。地理位置有点偏，但我们是自驾，并且要去THE MALL，所以对于我们反而刚好。还有其他亮点：泳池的水很清澈，早餐也不错，在泳池边上吃早餐就更不错咯

包的早餐很不错，标准的旅游团会选择的地点。适合自驾，免费停车。虽然不是市中心但是基本20分钟能到达吃饭地点。

自驾游非常方便，停车很方便，洒店很好找。酒店对面对一高档日式料理自助餐厅，棒极了。

早餐補菜速度跟不上用餐速度

Italiana Hotels Florence was a very enjoyable place to stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well organized, making our visit to Florence relaxing and smooth. The included breakfast was a great bonus and made our mornings easy and convenient. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very helpful and practical. The staff were great, friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Overall, a wonderful experience and a solid choice for anyone visiting Florence.

Room was not clean at all especially the bed sheets and the comforter was really dirty.

Bonjour. J'ai attendu un mois de réflexion pour laisser tomber ma colère au sujet de cet hôtel arnaque. J'ai séjourné en couple durant quatre nuits dans cet établissement... et je le regrette énormément. Que de promesses et accord commercial non tenus! Nous avions réservé une suite junior avec vue sur piscine... et en arrivant on nous a donné une suite avec vue sur parking et avenue bruyante! Nous nous sommes plains immédiatement! La maîtresse- d'hôtel s'est déplacé et était convaincu avec nous d'une faute. A cette période il n'y avait aucune possibilité hôtel plein, sauf déclassement ! Mais ce n'était pas le deal. De plus, dans cet hôtel,il n'y aurait qu'une suite junior... donnant sur le parking, alors que l'accord n'était pas celui-là ! Elle nous a dit que nous serions donc remboursé (dans quelques jours) pour accord commercial non tenu. J'ai d'ailleurs le mail à disposition. De retour en France, un remboursement de 175 euros sur plus de 750 déboursés! Bravo ! Bonjour l'arnaque. Hôtels.com devrait être plus regardant sur ce style d'hôtel à arnaque. Quelles sont aujourd'hui mes possibilités d'obtenir un remboursement total ? Pour être complet au sujet de notre séjour très décevant, je peux également citer qu'un jour, de retour à notre hôtel en fin de journée, notre porte de chambre n'était pas claquée et était ouverte, que les draps (tachés de sang) ne sont pas changés tous les jours , que le lampadaire de notre chambre n'a jamais fonctionné malgré notre doléance...

Very convenient to get a bus to Florence historic city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Entrance outside the hotel does not look nice. The Front desk area is okay. This is an old hotel in need of renovation. Breakfast is good. Not special. This hotel did not meet my expectations.

Okay stay for the price paid. Positives were the free self parking and decent location, close to the highway to avoid Florence’s chaotic traffic. Breakfast buffet was okay for the hotel category. The staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. Overall a good value for Florence.

really far away from center, only bus can go there, and the bus is never on time, waiting time for a bus is about 30 mins, takes another 30 mins to go into town. The room is noisy, you can hear all the neighbors and corridor. Breakfast was ok, but not too many to choose. nice thing is they have their own parking, maybe it is easier for people who drives

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, hotel bem estruturado, excelente café da manhã, quantos espaçosos, excelente localização.

El hotel se observa renovado no hace mucho, es cómodo y con habitaciones amplias, está bien ubicado para llegar en coche a Florencia. El servicio es bueno y el desayuno abundante
