The location just around the route 23. But it will take around wt minutes from the train terminal and center of the siteseeings. Be careful the bus has a lot of ticket checker in this city of theft. They will claim the tourist for €50/person if you don’t but a ticket for your luggage, not write your name on the day pass or not init your ticket by stamping on a machine on the bus. The bus driver will never warn or ask you for it because it is what their salary came from. The overall condition of the hotel is just repainted, but the room are broken and old. Condition for the bathroom is bad. The hotel also offer half board but the dinner manual is not that attractive. So don’t rely on it. The staffs are helpful however. There are many private events held in the hotel.

這是一家服務品質相當差的飯店,櫃臺入住時沒笑容.我們退房時,泳衣放在浴室沒拿走,打電話請他們幫我收起來下午再去拿,結果專程返回飯店,櫃臺連問都沒問就說沒有衣服,我們跟他僵持20分鐘 ,只好走了,晚上再打電話給他們又說找到了,可是我們已經在威尼斯了,飯店有錯應該幫忙寄回台灣,卻告訴我們郵資40歐元要自己付,可惡,同她們爭論竟掛我電話,再聯繫他也不理會,建議大家不要考慮這間飯店,花錢受氣.＿

这家酒店标的四星，个人感觉真的没有四星，房间除了比较大之外，设施都比较老了，但是价格也比较低，所以胜在性价比。地理位置有点偏，但我们是自驾，并且要去THE MALL，所以对于我们反而刚好。还有其他亮点：泳池的水很清澈，早餐也不错，在泳池边上吃早餐就更不错咯

包的早餐很不错，标准的旅游团会选择的地点。适合自驾，免费停车。虽然不是市中心但是基本20分钟能到达吃饭地点。

自驾游非常方便，停车很方便，洒店很好找。酒店对面对一高档日式料理自助餐厅，棒极了。

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner et la piscine vraiment top. Bon emplacement avec l'arrêt de bus juste à côté de l'hôtel pour atteindre le centre de Florence. Cependant le restaurant un peu cher.

Vi manglede håndklæder, og pude betræk. Vi kunne ikke få det familieværelse vi havde bestilt, men fik to værelser uden problemer. Morgenmad var god

If you think the hotel is within walking distance of old town, be prepared to walk an hour one way. Hotel is also surrounded by construction. Cab cost is about 20 euro to take you to the bridge. Hotel itself is a bit run down. Pool hours are horrible 10:30-7. That means if you plan to use the pool you have little time to explore. The restaurnt food is not the best so wouldn’t recommend eating there. Better to walk 14min and eat by the river. The value is in a parking and restaurant being just outside the ztl line. Besides the front desk gentlemen who was extremely friendly from China (sorry did not get his name ) , not many staff members spoke English.

The pool is amazing. Location is not central but very well served with buses 23, 31 and 32. Breakfast area next to the pool wonderful. Rooms are good enough. AC works great. I would choose it again

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The central air conditioning could not be adjusted from the room, and the in-room phone did not work, requiring guests to go downstairs to contact the front desk. The front desk staff were unhelpful and initially refused to change my room despite strong unpleasant odors resembling a public restroom. I was only moved after escalating the issue through Expedia. The hotel also claimed they were fully booked. My pregnant wife experienced significant discomfort, including persistent coughing due to poor air quality in the room. Additionally, I found a nail in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards.
