Good room and nice room during stay that hotel

There was no bell boy who can assist with troley for our many lugagges. The lift is super small space .location not really near to the down town. It take 15 minutes by taxi, so not convenient by walking. The room and bathroom is very small than we expect for 4 star hotel with value of the money. For sure will not bring family to stay here, even for just a couple like us considered too small. Anyway the reception still quite helpful in answering our question. Thank you.

ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี แต่ลิฟท์มีไม่เพียงพอต่อผู้ใช้บริการ รอลิฟท์ครั้งละ5-15นาที หากต้องการไปให้ทันไฟลท์ควรออกมารอลิฟท์ล่วงหน้านานมากๆ เพราะรอเป็นสิบครั้งก็ยังไม่ได้ขึ้น อาคารมี25ชั้น แต่มีลิฟท์เล็กๆแค่3ตัว คนขึ้น5คนก็เต็มแล้ว หากขนกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่แค่2คนก็เต็มแล้ว ถ้าพักชั้นไม่สูงมากและไม่มีกระเป๋าก็เดินลงทางบันไดหนีไฟ ถ้ามีธุระต้องรีบไป
