Clean room and location near the city center

La ubicación es muy buena, puedes ir a pie a varias atracciones incluyendo la Catedral de Notre-Dam y el Viejo Puerto. El desayuno es bueno,obviamente casi no varía, pero con el frío tener la opción de bajar hasta en pijamas x desayuno créanme que se agradece. El personal bastante amable, sobre todos los del área del desayuno. Ambiente tranquilo y seguro

Breakfast was delicious, but there are was very crowded and the lines were very long. The breakfast staff looked stressed, but they were kind and treated us well. The room was not as clean as expected. We would have preferred glass/ceramic cups and mugs instead of the individually wrapped plastic disposable cups.

L'hôtel a déco vieillote, mais propre. La toilette de notre chambre était bouchée et nous avons du faire venir entretien. Attention au rail de la douche qui est bas et non adapté (il doit être a moins de 6 pieds, mon conjoint s'est fait frappe la tête dessus).

Le manque de stationnement est décevant mais le reste parfait

We stayed for one night on our way to Old Quebec. The hotel is very close to the main attractions. Parking is expensive; we paid CAD 40 for valet parking.The room was okay, and the breakfast was good as well. However, we could not find any complimentary toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Since the hotel is located in the center of the city and very close to the road, it was quite difficult for us to unload our boxes and bags from the car.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Montreal Downtown and overall had a very positive experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting expectations for this category of hotel. One small note: I was expecting slippers in the room, but they were not provided. Breakfast is included, which is a great bonus, and it was really good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Initial room was directly in front of the elevation. Asked to change location and my request was immediatly accepted. New room is spotless but missing conditioner in the supplie bottles in the shower. Will advise the front desk at checkout time.

Bien situé, à deux pieds du métro. La chambre était grande, propre et moderne. Le petit déjeuner compris avec café latté, très agréable ! J'y retournerai.
