Staff were incredible - definitely a great experience & excellent customer service. Pool area was not as pictured & desperately needs updating. Elevators really slow. But again, the staff was top notch.

There were so many things about this property that was great but the most noticeable was the staff. They were friendly and very professional, often time staff struggle to combine the two. Great job staff

Hotel is beautiful but the rooms could use some TLC. The furniture paint was peeling and the ceiling had noticeable water damage

Very unprofessional. I came to check in at 4:45 pm and they said my room is not ready and when I came back I didn’t find my toddler crib in the room and unfortunately they said they ran out of cribs . I had to sleep on sofa to accommodate my toddler. Unprofessional , unorganized

Check In time was 300 pm and our room was only available at 900 pm because they suddenly and miraculously found a room after we checked in every hour and complained. MANY other people were waiting 6 or 7 hours to get a room.

Check-in was quick. The establishment was clean and attractive.

Great experiene. I loved how well the matress were. The buffett was great, too. with plenty of food choices to choose from.

Stayed at this grotty hotel the other day. Accidentally double booked my stay due to a glitch on the hotels.com app. Very clearly a double booking but the hotel refused to refund the mistake booking. Additionally, the hotel was run down and grotty. Elevator from parking to lobby didn't work. First room we were put in stank of weed. Next room was grotty and run down. 100% do not stay at this hotel.

My stay was pretty pleasant rooms were nice and comfy, bathrooms were pretty clean but the shampoo and conditioner holder in the shower was very rusty but that was nothing to ruin my stay , the best part of the stay was the entrance to the mall from the hotel lobby, now to breakfast it’s a very basic very limited buffet not worth $24.99 breakfast was from 6-11am we went down stairs bout 8:30 everything was half empty and not refilled , the pool was on the 4th floor room that’s was cool I didn’t get a chance to get in because it was a little crowded both days of my stay over all I will stay here again just want purchase breakfast next time.

Hotels.com app glitched meaning we accidently booked the room twice. Both hotel and hotels.com refused to refund the accidental second booking. In addition to that, elevators were broken meaning we had to carry luggage from car up stairs to lobby and the first room they put us in stank of weed. Disgusting hotel, disgusting service.
