Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the pool was incredibly cloudy and the tile surrounding the pool was very slippery. Three people fell (one kid twice) while we were in the pool. Maybe invest in some rubber drain mats?The hot tub was very foamy and slimy. Also carpets in staircases and hallways were old and grimy. Thankfully, the rooms were updated and much cleaner and comfortable. At breakfast time the coffee maker was broken (no replacement), the milk machine broke while we were there and the counters, especially by the cereal and the garbage area were disaster. The juice machine was also broken, although they did put some pomegranate and fruit smoothie type juice into one of the fridges for replacement. There were little coffee makers inside the rooms, however, there was only sugar and sweetener, no creamer/milk. Breakfast area and front desk seemed understaffed. Good place to sleep, great location, but amenities& breakfast need work.

The room was nice enough and clean, but did smell a bit like feet. The pool was great. The "free" breakfast was a bit of a joke. It had potential to be good but they are clearly under staffed and under stocked. There was only one worker trying do everything. There was no ketchup, no milk for cereal, juice machine was out of order, pancake machine had no batter. They were obviously rushing because the eggs and sausage kept running out and they would bring out the next batch completely slimy and uncooked.

We have been here many times in the last 12 years. Room and temperature was great. The appear to be understaffed and not prepared for the breakfast crowd or the amount of face-clothes in a room with 3 people. It’s usually a decent place to stay but this time I’m a little disappointed.

The staff was friendly. The room was decent I will say and close to things in Moncton. We didn’t have towels and clothes. Only 2 towels. But we were able to get more upon request. At breakfast the second day they ran out of milk, ketchup & didn’t have any coffee on site. the pool was a lil merky & freezing!

Most of room was ok but the pull out sofa bed was dirty under the cushions. Swimming pool and hot tub water looked suspect. And the hot tub had so much chlorine it started to burn the eyes after a few minutes. Also there were 2 of the 4 machines broken in the guest laundry.

I'll never stay here again. I should have taken the reviews seriously. But I didn't. My stay was unpleasant. There's broken stuff all over the property. There's a garbage problem it stinks. The pool wasn't open for days couldn't use it. They never maintain this property. The suite I had was okay but definitely had damages and was rough around the edges. All kinds of guests were complaining. Many left. I talked to about 15 guests they told their nightmare stories. The women at the front desk is full of attitude and rude. Zero accountability or understanding. They truly hate life. I've stayed in over 550 hotels and this was by far a bad experience I'll never forget.

The room is due for an upgrade, as it felt dated and worn. The pillows were much too firm, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. In our suite, the air conditioning unit was located in the living room instead of the bedroom, which resulted in uneven temperatures and made the bedroom uncomfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. However, the coffee was disappointing, and there were long lineups because both the toaster and the coffee machine were very slow. Improving these would make the breakfast experience much better.

This property had a very unique smell and was uniquely dirty. Our reservation was changed before we arrived and they were going to charge us the same price. The hot tub was disgusting and the pool was murky. I was scared to walk on the carpet in bare feet. The breakfast was disorganized and understaffed. There was a huge line up and many items were out.

I was recommended this hotel, by a friend. I booked a sleep 6 and received a sleep 4 . The sofa bed didn’t even work. We couldn’t even use the cushion from the sofa as they had white stains(xxx) all over the black cushion. I refused for my kid to sleep on this. It was simply disgusting! They finally brought us a roll away bed , Took 1.5 hour ( arrived at 11:30pm) after calling twice and myself physically walking downstairs for a solution. Staff were friendly. breakfasts was basic. Kids loved the pool.

Have stayed here multiple times before but this time was the worst. The front desk wrote the wrong room number down and told us the wrong room number so after not being able to find the room, had to go back to the front desk and start over. Continental breakfast was awful so we ate across the street at IHOP. Won't be staying here again. Too bad so sad.

The hotel is older so despite cleaning the rooms it can still feel dingy. The breakfast was great. The rooms were large and spacious. It meets the needs of accommodation well, just needs some updating. The carpets especially, they feel gross on bare feet so I recommend candles.

Need more choice for the breakfast

I book a room a kids suite,for 2 days paid 902$ through Expedia.we got there there was a king bed, walls was very dirty and old look , there was another little separate room with bunk bed and the comforter on it very old and that room was ugly and really needs a good cleaning and update.the next morning at 8am you could hear a concert or music jamming out under us especially where the kids was sleeping, you can hear the boom boom, all morning, when we check out at 11, the music was still going , was so loud that when we went out of our room and out there door, we had to cover our ears.. I was there for a little vacation get away to rest aswell, but didn't get it.. very disappointed, and i also paid for 1 night for my daughter's room paid assell 489$ one night on Expedia, Was very expensive regarding that we use Expedia to try to save and get discounts and deals, well that didn't happen aswell, then expect out on Sunday to go to another motel, did it through Expedia again, this time paid 189$ for one night.. so our hotel stays was very expensive and disappointed 😞

When I booked, I didn't see any jacuzzi in the bedroom pictures. I didn't like a huge jacuzzi in the bedroom. Bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy. No hand lotion was supplied. Parking area in the back was not well maintained, it was dirty and full of potholes. But room was nice and clean.
