Room 268 from the bottom floor up the stairs smells really bad. Carpets are very dirty everywhere. Couches are dirty. 1 washing machine is broken too.

nice large room with a king size bed. only one chair , a desk chair... lots of room for a comfy chair or loveseat. tv set up is not great as it didn't turn well to watch while on bed ( the only place to sit) . coffee pot was gross... they did come anð bring a clean one though. no water in the rooms to drink, just tap water. Staff was friendly and helpful. room was clean and bed comfortable.

Staff were great and room was nice.

Towels were stained and gross , bathrooms were run down with broken shower dispensers , shower made a loud whining noise on use, carpets were stained and smelt, parking lot was covered in potholes and not maintained

J’ai grandement apprécié mon séjour. Chambre ultra propre. Hotel bien situé. Déjeuner bon rapport qualité prix. Bien climatisé et aucun bruit. Personnel attentif. L’été est à nos portes. Prenez le temps de nettoyer les plates-bandes à l’extérieur de la réception. Ce serait splendide. J’y retournerai. 🏅

The reception gave me wrong directions for room. 249. I spent 30 minutes stumbling around trying to find it.

Great location very clean. Enjoy the pool and hot tub. Staff were very helpful.

The small room with bunk bed has no light, no AC/heater- in short zero ventilation. The room was humid and almost none ventilated. The room has swimming pool view, if you are looking for privacy do not go for Hockey theme room. Sofa bed was broken. Overall helpful staff and pretty big room but can get nice options instead.

Rooms were clean, stairwell closest to lobby smelled bad, staff were really nice, breakfast was good and always topped up. Pool was packed but fun.

This was not our first visit to this hotel but it was by far our worse. We selected this hotel as it had a pool and we were coming for my daughter’s birthday. We elected for a suite which was spacious but run down. The first day the cable went out and didn’t return until morning. We called the front desk to ask for extra pillows as we were using both beds and the pull out couch. We were told that they would try. At this point I also asked for extra towels as they gave us 2 for 4 people and I basically had to beg for enough towels to be able to dry my hair. When the lady delivered the towels my husband asked about the pillow and was told that there were no extras. When he asked if she could simply grab one from an unoccupied room, he was informed that they were basically sold out so that was not an option. When I went to the front desk to attempt to change our reservation from 2 nights to 1 I was asked why we were unhappy I mentioned the lack of extra amenities, the cable not working and the tub not draining properly. When I mentioned it the pillow the gentleman laughed and said “I don’t know who would tell you that, I can get you pillows right now”. When I pointed out who mentioned it, she lied and said she told my husband she would bring it in a short bit. The pillow never did arrive, even for the second night (and we did go back and ask after learning we could not shorten the stay). All in all, disappointed and will not return.

Phone was broken, room could have used an update, and room was a little messy. Staff especially front desk was super friendly.

Room was not clean. Leftovers were still in fridge from occupants before. And the bathroom floor was dirty, as well as urine along the bottom of the toilet as well. I’m breakfast area there were no clean tables and no staff in sight to keep up the premises.
