房間有嚴重香菸味.反映無效

酒店的大堂，外观，泳池等设施都不错，但是房间真的很旧，家具都有老古董的感觉。不过安检挺严格的，觉得有安全感。周边没有店的，要走一会儿，但是去桥边看看风景还行

Smell of smoking was full in nonsmoking room inside. Lobby also many people were smoking there.

people were so friendly, amazing staff, breakfast was so so so good, we had Samy that serves us the food, was so welcoming, location is central, have everything shopping, hair dresser

The rooms were just as the pictures. If you're planning to eat at the hotel's restaurants, I recommend you find somewhere else to eat. The food is overpriced and not great

Great Stay

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Tons of dining options. Convenient to Khan El Khalili, Citadel, and old Egyptian museum. Would stay here again.
