Light bulb flickering in bathroom -was a while before it was changed-had to get ready in the main area of the room

This place was great. Central and would stay again.

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. It was a corner room.

Rooms where very clean and the restaurant was very reasonable priced, over all great stay .Staff was very accommodating.

Area is in downtown so easy access. Staff were professional and organized. The hotel is a bit older and the heater next to the bed was quite loud and woke me up several times. No complimentary water had been left in the room as offered. Overall nice stay.

The room was cold around the window and there was no heat in the bathroom so the floor was freezing. It was -15 outside so at other times of the year it would matter less

The hospitality upon arriving was great, the daytime team behind reception was less welcoming. Room facilities could be better -- i.e., bathroom light was dysfunctional, deadbolt lock could not latch, Keurig machine did not always work, and fridge was not very cold, carpet was shabby in spots. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Adequate.

We had a winderful experience staying at the Arc! Our check in staff was so helpful and friendly, our room was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable, the lication was within walking distance to mostly everything we wanted to see and all the staff we encountered throughout the weekend were courtious and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating from check-in, the parking, and the lounge. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We found the room was too hot, but adjusted the thermostat to our comfort level. The only complaint I really would have is the additional "sustainability fees" of $14.99 plus HST / night (These should be included in the price of the hotel). The parking I felt was expensive at $30.00 plus HST/night but when you look at other hotels and their parking fees, it is quite reasonable or on par to other hotels. I would stay here again. Close to so many amenities that were in walking distance. We parked the car and just walked everywhere.

Staff was outstanding, but that’s about it. No ambience or atmosphere.

Room was great. Parking is a little excessive at $49 for the over night. Was not told this when asked if I wanted to park.

Front desk and door staff were attentive, pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant is a gem of a spot for a tasty breakfast served by friendly servers. It was great to be back at the ARC .

Arc is a great value. The location is fantastic, the hotel / room / amenities are modern and well maintained, and staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.
