Room was clean and staff was very good.

Seems pricey for the facility.

Decent hotel

General areas - lobby, elevators, etc. were a bit dirty and seemed run down. Room itself was fine. Staff was friendly. We were supposed to get an upgraded room with a roman tub and we did not get that.

Very comfortable, clean room. Friendly, efficient staff.

Feels more like a 2-star than a 4-star hotel as another person wrote. Coffee machine not properly working, hairs in the shower, empty shower dispensers, opened water bottle in the fridge and daily cleaning is done between 4:30-6 PM. One upside is the hotel being in walking distance to most stuff in Ottawa

Construction work started at 7am Saturday morning. Very noisy!

I didn't get much sleep on my two nights there. The non-smoking room had heavy Smoke smell and feel.
