相當棒的飯店，一定會再來

是我住過服務最佳的酒店。房間很乾淨、浴室很寬敞、裝、床很舒服、房間潢很精緻， a very nice staying. 有一點值得向大家分享：我這一次需要訂兩間吧，所以我就做了一個實驗：有一間是透過Hotel.com預訂，另外一家是直接向飯店預訂，兩個預定房間價格是一樣，直接向飯店預定的這一間房間樓層有較高、房間也有稍大一點。

地理位置和服务都非常好

入住Sacher蛋糕出名的飯店，面河邊的客房，還有能欣賞城堡的露台，雖然一晚要價不菲，能是值回票價! 除了準備迎賓小點心外，睡前還會另外幫我們準備床邊小踏墊，以及整理枕頭和床鋪，真的很經典! 台灣一堆開價12000以上的飯店，真的是沒得比啊~

剛好遇到飯店整修維護，有一晚被安排到喜來登住宿，飯店特別送上著名的Sacher cake和香檳，以及手寫卡片致歉，能感受到他們的誠意。唯第二晚原本我們要求河景房, 不知是否受整修影響，仍被安排靠街道的房間。整體來說服務人員親切友善，在櫃台也能直接買到Salzburg一日卡，很方便。

Hotel Sacher Salzburg is a 5 stars hotel located in the city of Mozart's birth place and where it filmed the movie The Sound of Music. They just celebrated their 150 years anniversary last year. All rooms are newly renovated in a classic but modern way. It's in the best location of Salzburg. Walking distance to any tourist sites. Their service is extraordinary. Especially the staff in the restaurant. Even the trainees there are very friendly. They also provide very good breakfast. The only thing the hotel needs to improve is the quality of the bed linen and pillows. As a 5 star hotel, they shall use a higher thread linen. Even they provide pillow menu, the quality of the pillows are not up to a 5 star standard. Tip: 1) It's a Leading Hotel of the World group hotel. You can get free breakfast if you are a member of the group. Enrolled online before checking in the hotel. 2) It's an Expedia +VIP hotel. +Gold members of Expedia are entitled to Free Upgrade. Hotel is grand, room is comfortable, room is upgraded to river view, customer service is nice, location is convenience.

房间不大，位置很好，餐厅不错

酒店就在河边，河对边就是古城，走路十分钟内就到了圣诞集市，圣诞集市规模很大，比我前几天去过的布达佩斯和维也纳二个圣诞集市规模都要大一些，我去时正下着小雨，但并不影响当地人赶圣诞集市的热情。。。 酒店的服务很好，从门童到前台，服务都非常好，每个人脸上都一直挂着真诚的微笑，为了不影响我老婆的睡觉，我半夜就在大堂打国际电话，当服务员发现我坐的地方有点晕暗，他立马主动地给我打亮更多的灯，并送来一杯水，，，这些细节的服务给我的印象非常深刻！ 我订的是基础大床房，离电梯口比较远，房间很小，但很紧致，很温馨也很干净，实话说，我一直喜欢住大房间，所以对如此小的房子有些局促感，也有些不适应，但是我老婆一直说很温馨，她很喜欢。。。 房间进出，取电都是一把机械钥匙，如果我们出去了，房间就没电了，手机或充电宝就无法继续充电，这个设计给顾客极不方便。。。 总之，萨赫酒店位置不错，服务很好，房间小而温馨

Very nice staff, good restaurant and great room offered at a fraction of price of the same hotel in Vienna. Good location and could access to place on both sides of the canal easily. Highly recommended!

Mr. Saymon provided excellent service. I would like to suggest to the other front desk staff (I don't know his name, he was a man with glasses and a slight beard) that Thai people don't drink tap water, and a 5-star hotel shouldn't refuse to provide clean bottled drinking water. Everything else is okay.
