ห้องสวย สะอาด พักสบาย ใกล้แหล่งอาหาร และ shopping พนักงานใส่ใจดี พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ เดินทางสะดวกด้วยรถรางและ MTR วิวสวยติดทะเล มองเห็นอ่าวจากห้องพัก ที่นอนหลับสบาย

very nice and friendly staff, near shopping place and very easy to find food. amazed view from the room.. got upgraded by hotel staff... very recommend

Room is a bit old but clean and comfy. Great B'fast, and they waived my B'fast bills as i was staying in the suites. Will return.

Kamar hotelnya besar, pemandangan bagus dari kamar karena menghadap pelabuhan, makanan enak, dekat kemana-mana karena masih berhubungan letaknya dengan gedung wtC dan tidak jauh dari pusat perbelanjaan. Times Square dsb serta pelayanannya ramah.

Lokasi yang sangat strategis di causeway baya

Puas banget dan akan menginap lagi kalau ke Hong Kong.

Suite room is spacious but old, need to refurbish

Great location in Causeway Bay, close to shopping area and MTR station

1. Lokasinya agak jauh dari pameran kulit. 2. Tempat bagus dan kamar tidur nyaman 3. Pelayanan hotel tidak begitu bagus, karena tidak memberitahukan tamu ada breakfast selama menginap disana. Hotel sih bintang 4 tetapi tidak sesuai lah. Ternyata sudah beli paket hotel included breakfast, tetap charge dikenakan kalau breakfast.

Well the hotel room quite small (kind of something room) but overall I am satisfied with the view from our room, the easiest access and the food? Was crazy delicious.

The room was very great I think and comfortable to stay 1 night

Location was great. We checked in at 10 am and the room was ready even though it was busy period.

Check in and check out is rather chaotic, can't understand why you don't open 1 counter specially for airline crew. Further while during the check in I was assisted by a trainee - she was good professional and very courteous, connected with the guest and showed empathy. Upon check out I was assisted by another trainee - no manners, and no hospitality at all. The way talked to the guest, very arrogant cocky creating the feeling that I was bothering him for making him work that day. Housekeeping staff and Concierge staff all are great and super friendly.

Hotel yang menyenangkan, jika saya ke HK lagi saya akan bermalam di hotel ini lg....lokasi strategis, pelayanan sangat memuaskan.....sy hanya pesen 1 room 2 bad, tapi saya di kasih bad tambahan gratis karena saya bersama anak kecil....luar biasa excelcior HK...

Good location didn't get a chance to taste the drinks and food, so many restaurants and shops near hotel.

Overall the location can't beat it, reception and concierge staff very professional, F&B didn't try it. Will be back soon!!
