Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next.

Mini bar 裡面有飲過的汽水，員工敲門後立即進房，未有等待房客應門

位置市中心，由火車站乘轉車只雖數分鐘，十分之方便。房間十分寬敞乾淨，冰箱的無酒精飲品可以任飲。露台對正Matterhorn, 可以看到不同天色的景色，去Zermatt一定要住這裡。早餐選擇豐富，只是早上旅行團人數太多，一定要避開否則服務未必會令人滿意。

部屋から見えたマッターホルンは絶景で夜明けや朝日に輝くマッターホルンなど様々な表情を満喫出来た。メインのバーンホフ通り沿いのとても便利なロケーションでどの展望台に行くにも便利でレストランやカフェも近くに多数あった。部屋も広く清潔でとても快適に過ごせた。スタッフの方も親切で炭火焼のレストランや朝食も美味しく忘れられない滞在となった。

no safe hotel. i lost my watch in the room during the breadkfast time and my wife lost cash 8000euro. no CCTV no explanin about theif. no resposible for lost it. i never evenr got experience like this hotel. manager was tessibel for responsible about lost it.

Great hospitality by the staff specially Verissimo, Sandro and Louis. Part of Property is old but hospitality by these individuals made it worth staying there.
