Well managed classical hotel. Good city view. Not far away from the tourist hot points.

Elegant, old fashion, 40 Sfr breakfast good but not very rich

这家酒店位置很好！离火车站6 .7分钟的步行距离；装修很新，也很干净。服务员个个热情，彬彬有礼，服务很好！房间很大，床是2M×2M的，软硬合适，睡觉很舒服。Wi-Fi信号强，上网速度超快。 我们是下午四点赶往日内瓦机场的火车，与前台服务员说明情况并希望能延迟到二点半退房，他们二话不说，欣然同意！这让我喜出望外，非常感动。洛桑不愧是全世界培养酒管最棒的地方！ 如果有机会再来洛桑，洛桑皇宫酒店绝对是我唯一的选择！ 这样的好酒店值得推荐！！！

An amazing experience with wonderful staff. Really enjoyed my stay. Specifically Emma was wonderful.

Spa fantastic Staff helpful Mini bar refilled Only comments is air con didn’t work but they gave me another room in to sleep in at 2am when couldn’t tolerate heat anymore and they waved city fees. No milk with tea/coffee strange. Also a savoury nibble in room alongside drinks would be nice addition We found it disappointing the lobby bar closed at 10pm and LP bar at 11.30pm. I know lots of guests also felt same wanting a late night drink in the lobby. Sweet table in lobby nice however popcorn/pretsels or something savoury would be nice

O Hotel Lausanne Palace é maravilhoso e com certeza voltarei a me hospedar nele! Adoramos o quarto e o banheiro. nosso quarto tinha uma vista maravilhosa para o lago! Nossa estadia foi especial!
