Well managed classical hotel. Good city view. Not far away from the tourist hot points.

Elegant, old fashion, 40 Sfr breakfast good but not very rich

这家酒店位置很好！离火车站6 .7分钟的步行距离；装修很新，也很干净。服务员个个热情，彬彬有礼，服务很好！房间很大，床是2M×2M的，软硬合适，睡觉很舒服。Wi-Fi信号强，上网速度超快。 我们是下午四点赶往日内瓦机场的火车，与前台服务员说明情况并希望能延迟到二点半退房，他们二话不说，欣然同意！这让我喜出望外，非常感动。洛桑不愧是全世界培养酒管最棒的地方！ 如果有机会再来洛桑，洛桑皇宫酒店绝对是我唯一的选择！ 这样的好酒店值得推荐！！！

I did not find the interior decor nice. The updated room was cold and uninspiring. Breakfast buffet was very nice, but the staff seemed very confused with any of our requests or orders. Not impressed. Beau Rivage is superior!!!

Professional hospitality

Very friendly staff. Clean and beautiful room, amenities are amazing the spa and the gym. Overall great experience my favourite place to stay in Lausanne.

Ideal location; great staff and excellent service

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was impeccable. Out one bedroom suite over looking Lake Geneva was unbelievable. I wish we could stay a couple more days. I would recommend anyone visiting Lausanne stay at the Palace !

A beautiful hotel, that's in need of rediscovering itself. Aspects of excellent, occasionally let down by old decor in rooms, a bad redesigned lobby with little charm and staff that while excellent appear too busy. Having stayed at the palace for many years, it deserves some much needed attention.

Un remerciement tout particulier à Stephano Ciacciarelli et à Daniel de la réception pour ce magnifique surclassement en chambre Premium avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac Léman, ainsi que pour la délicate attention des macarons et des fruits, et ce petit mot de bienvenue qui m’a beaucoup touché. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés : pour moi, c’est sans conteste le meilleur à Lausanne. Merci encore pour ce séjour mémorable !

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every second we spent in the hotel (and used most of the facilities… the very big gym, spa etc) Every interaction with the staff was perfect, so friendly and professional. Great location in the heart of Lausanne. Highly recommend

Nice hotel, friendly staff, easy walk to the park and to commercial center. All the Hôtel restaurants are great.

$5 frank charge for ice? Give me a break. The hotel is very impressed with themselves. The view just isn't that good of the lake with a large building right in front of it. I'd stay somewhere else next time.
