Excellent Hotel,Staff and location. This hotel is in the centre of Oslo; near major attractions, restaurants and transportation. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Skikkelig nedtur, etter lenge å ha gledet meg til å bo på dette hotellet. Hotellets resepsjon var lite serviceinnstilte, og matchet verken forventninger eller prispunkt. Ikke verdt pengene - men et fint hotell.

The hotel is beautiful and ideally located. The Theatercafeen should not be missed. Very friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend!!

Old bath towels in a supposedly high end hotel. If you have allergies DO NOT go to this hotel - I was given some food that was not as I requested per my allergies - burned my lips & mouth - they did NOTHING, did not help, did not apologize - I had to get a taxi to the emergency hospital.
