Staff is friendly, check-in is a breeze. Manage to do early check-in since there 's available room. Room is spacious.

Good for location. But the cleanliness in the toilet not so good.

4 Hari Menginap di sini puas lokasi dekat, petugas-petugas ramah, cekatan dan kamar luas. Ke sidney pasti kembali ke sini lagi.

The receptionist & crew are polite & helpful. The room is clean & tidy.

Location is good. Room a bit dusty and bed feels old and sinking, can't sleep properly. Nobody was manning the concierge when we want to take our luggages (put them at the concierge after we checked out while waiting for our flight) and the front desk staffs were too bussy with other guests. I waited a while and have to ask the nearby bar waiter to help me get my luggages, which he kindly did.

Clean hotel … and great location and helpful staffs. Wonderful place to stay ….
