The location is excellent, very clean and safe. The breakfast is abundant, and the indoor swimming pool has a warm and comfortable water temperature. It's fantastic.

The staff was amazing. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is good. The location is a little away from the main drag, which is nice. About a 7 minute walk to the falls.

Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and polite throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Clifton Hill and many popular attractions. I've stayed here before and continue to return because of the great service and convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Good hotel with close proximity to main attractions. It is within walking distance. Hotel is good. The pool was a little cold for me. Great choice.

A little ways off from the falls. Better locations closer to the boat tours or at the top of the falls (newer hotels and casino/shopping). Breakfast is warm but no better than average. Pay for parking. However, we spent most of our time sightseeing.

Really good hotel, good breakfast and location. You have to pay for parking and they tried to convince they have the best option. Try looking for parking options cheaper and around the hotel.

Great place to stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is conveniently located near Niagara Falls attractions. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. I would recommend and will be back for sure.

Our room in the 5th floor, specifically room 512 was extremely clean. The jacuzzi was clean as well as the bathroom. No complaints on the room. It was away from the elevators and high enough to not hear any loudness from other rooms. Our view was of the street though
