Welcoming, spacious rooms, clean, relatively quiet, good breakfast.

I like the location. I did not like the gym, the breakfast, old furniture in room.

Close enough to walk to clifton hill. Right across the street from Casino Niagara. Pool would require an update, better lighting, and not so murky looking water. Good property for your money, would highley recommend.

Tap on sink didn’t have hot water. There was water disruption during our stay.

It was close to the casino and Clifton Hill. Breakfast was great with many options and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Good value for money. Not necessarily fancy, but clean in a decent location. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have used this property several times after being disappointed with other that cost 3-4 times more, and other than maybe a better location, were less on services, cleanliness and in much need of renovations. But again, this one is clean, has some basic amenities and after all , you don’t go to Niagara Falls to watch tv in a hotel room.

Convenient location to Clifton and clean.

Good hotel, great friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to many activities as location is perfect. My only complaint is that while I knew they were under construction, I called and they said it wouldn't be very disruptive, however they shut off the water for about 5 hours on my first full day. Luckily I had washroom access elsewhere so it wasn't a hardship.

Hotel was clean and convenient.

It was very clean well maintain an in a good location. My only profane would be having to pay for parking.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. The service was quick without any hassles . Great location with walking distance to all main attractions.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Free coffee, tea and cookies provided in the lobby. Some facilities are under renovation but they have tried to minimise impact to the customers.
