躺下睡得很舒服。房间很干净，卫生间分区划分得很好。

地理位置优越，靠近中央拉普绕购物中心

曼谷住宿的好地方，靠近购物中心和火车站

这是一家不错的酒店，房间很干净，工作人员非常乐于助人。

The staff are friendly. Within walking distance to Central Ladprao mall that have almost everything.

Third time staying. Good experience. Will stay there again on next visit to Bangkok.

พนักงานต้อนรับสุภาพ บริการดีมากๆ ค่ะ ประทับใจ ไปทุกครั้งไม่เคยผิดหวังค่ะ อาหารเช้าดีงามค่ะ เดินทางไปไหนก้อสะดวกสบายใช้บริการรถไฟฟ้า ❤️

มีครบคันทุกอย่าง ดีมากครับ ที่จอดรถ ไกล้ห้าง ถ้ามีที่สูบบุหรี่ข้างบน จะดีมากเลยครับ

การจัดการอาหารเช้าแย่มาก ไม่เคยพักโรงแรม 5 ดาว ที่คนยืนต่อคิวรอเข้ากินอาหารเกือบ 20 คิว แทนที่จะให้แจ้งเวลากินแล้วลงมาเวลานั้นแบบโรงแรมอื่น และ ที่สำคัญนะ การที่คุณลดแลกแจกแถมเพื่อให้คนไปพักนี่มันคือการไล่แขกประจำหรือแขกที่เขาพร้อมจ่ายราคาแพงเพื่อความเงียบสงบนะ และ บริการตั้งแต่คนรับสาย ยัน room service คือพูดจาแย่นะ โดยรวมคือบาย ไม่พักอีก

Amazing hotel i’ve been staying in bangkok,good location connect to central plaza for shopping,nice room,good intertainment,spa,transfer to chatucak for free.well so amazing,i will be back soon at centara grand hotel

A very good place to stay. Good spacious rooms and great breakfast. However, got a problem with the deposit with the credit card as much as 10K baht. It has been over 2 weeks and it still hasnt got canceled. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

pay usd130 per night. no bathtub.. only 1 person entitle for a breakfast and welcome drink. really small swimming pool. for me not a 5 star hotel. overpriced
