Nice room, quality bedding and towels ,helpful staff

This was the worst experience in my life to stay. I found cockroach in my room. The staff was not cleaning the rooms daily and also refillingnessacery thing needed For your daily in bathrooms. I keep complaining to front desk to switch room but nothing was done about it.

Too far from a lot of things

The room it being an accessible room was very dirty not only the bathroom but I had to request for sheets to make the bed as well and some areas of the walls in the room had stains. Could have mentioned this upon checking out but the guest agent was on the phone and I was in a hurry.

I didn’t get my $100 caution fee back from them, till date

We had a great experience.

Lovely stay. Shout out to Lian and Pin who were so very helpful. My daughter was arriving before the rest of the family and they were so considerate in making sure she could access everything before we got there. Much appreciated! ✌️

Nice property

I didn’t like that there was only one working elevator both times that I was there.

Room was good, location is pretty good. Only a 10 minute drive to the zoo. The downside to this hotel is they only have one elevator working & it’s very slow. Constant flow of people waiting to use it.

Shuttle from the airport is available 24/7 The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room is beautiful, very clean, and has a kitchenette area with coffemaker and microwave. All in all, a very good experience atvacresonable price.

Not worth it and it’s overpriced

Good overall location with easy access to anything you might need. Look forward to staying again when hopefully pool renovations are complete to check that part out

Convenience

I experienced discomfort due to a sudden drop in temperature, and unfortunately, the room's heating system was not functioning. Although I contacted front desk and a technician was sent, the issue remained unresolved even after their visit. Additionally, the toilet seat was loose upon arrival. I reported this, and it was fixed the following day.

It was a very clean 👌 and very quiet area. Super easy to get around even if you get a Uber. We enjoyed our 1 night stayed.

Totally sweet honeymoon suite (mid-week promo deal) made for a great start to our vacation! (As it worked out, taking a cheaper flight after work the night before meant we could stay here for 'free'. Woot! Woot! for date night.) Loved the jetted soaker tub. Arrived after the restaurant/room service closed, but were able to get delivery no problem. Enjoyed a great sleep instead of a super early flight. There is also a Denny's just 250m away. (We opted for this for breakfast and got take out to eat in our hotel room for a Covid-free dining experience.)
