The hotel staff are good with helping hands.

Piscine fermée à notre arrivée et personne nous a prévenu qu'elle étais accessible le lendemain, dommage nous aurions pu profiter avant notre départ

The hotel was very nice and clean , pool was good , very comfortable sitting in the bar area . Also very easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants by just following the tram line . It’s only about a 10 minute walk and very easy with the water view

De hotel heeft zeker een upgrade nodig, ontbijt was goed. Sfeer wat minder

Great place to stay as a family of four! Be aware that the restaurant ouverlooks the pool so kids must be on vest behavior. They host their own beehives, the bees are gentle but present. AC is blocked at 26 Celsius but window opens. Thank you to the friendly staff!

Pleasant hotel but, sadly, not the standard you would expect from a 4 * hotel. Our superior room had a bathroom door that was completely rotted and although this was pointed out to the staff they did nothing about it. The bathroom also had a smell and chipped tiles. We had 2 meals at dinner and the food was excellent! Handy location for the airport which was not too far away. Although it was situated in a not particularly attractive area the car park was locked and monitored so your car was safe.

Chambre très grande

Chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit double. 2 fauteuils avec tables basses, de nombreux rangements. Manque une ou deux prises de courant notamment sur un côté de la table de nuit. Grande salle de bain avec un grand tablier pour déposer ses affaires, douche un peu étroite à mon goût, mais elle fait son office.

la chambre etait impeccable mais le lit est très haut pour une personne 1m50 donc difficilement accessible l'accueil du personnel très sympathique

Chambre agréable Petit problème technique au niveau des toilettes mais réparé rapidement. Mauvaise odeur en entrant à l’accueil et dans tout le rdc. Personnel très agréable
