Good location and service, except bed a bit small for non suite rooms.

In general it’s a comfortable hotel at excellent location.

是個不安全的酒店，外出時，保險箱無故被開啟，並損失了100英鎊，向飯店反應，卻沒有任何處理，是個非常糟糕的飯店。

價格不便宜，但浴室的椅子竟然是壞的，而且品質很廉價的椅子，小朋友坐上去差點摔下來！ 但櫃台有會講中文的接待，服務很親切很好！

地理位置超级好 但是房间质量不高 设施不像五星级酒店 信价比低

第一次，对一家酒店有如此强烈的不满！本来这是一家地理位置，环境，前台都很不错的酒店，我们住一楼（在中国是二楼），门推出去有一个大大的露台，茶几，竹椅，遮阳伞，凯旋门矗立眼前，多美的景色！但是客房服务让我难以忍受！连续两天我们喝的红酒杯没有清洗，第三天索性连杯子也不见了。更有甚者，临行整理箱子时竟然在沙发下发现一只不属于我们的袜子！！！我们可是每天都有付小费的呀！

Everything is good, location, decor, cleanliness. Yet, I forget to reconfirm this hotel is NOT a Wifi Free hotel which is a bit disappointed for the overall experience

房间空间不大。

酒店很方便，地鐵只要一分鐘路。我住的是一廳一房，服務很好，我帶同女兒一起，入房不到五分鐘就有服務生來開 sofa bed 有五呎闊，房內有兩部電視，所以只用一個字，正。但有一個小問題就是房內無熱水飲用和早餐比較貴。但如回巴黎都是會再住。

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. We really liked the room (Junior Suite), spacious with lots of closet space, although it is pricey. Amenities are great. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

Séjour très agréable!!! La suite que nous avons eu est très belle avec une belle vue sur la tout Eiffel … Seul bémol pour le service au petit déjeuner… ils se passent e entre eux les commandes des voisins et autres et oublient la commande pour finir … Sinon tout étais bien

We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it! The location is fantastic and the views are incredible. The staff were very polite and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, the rooms are gorgeous and staff is so friendly.

Upon arrival of Hotel Napoleon we were instantly impressed with its beautiful decoration’s, polite welcoming staff and its cleanliness. The hotel desk staff were able to upgrade our room to a corner suite and when we opened the door it blew us away. It was very specious with a spectacular view and the decorating was over the top, certainly a five star hotel. All of the staff were accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our daily breakfast and occasional cocktails at the hotel restaurant and bar. The hotel also provided us with 2 complimentary drinks in the bar. The location was perfect and close to amenities. It was walking distance to several restaurants & cafes, shopping, the Arc of Triomphe, the Andre museum and the Eiffel Tower. Well worth the stay.
