The place was perfect for single day

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, seeing friends and family. Out room was clean and convenient for a diabled family nember. Being on the 1st floor was so easy to load up our luggage from the room to parking lot. I would stay at another "WelcomeInns" across the county!

This property was well priced and close to conveniences such as shopping restaurants and public transportation. Bed was comfortable and a decent breakfast included. Very much enjoyed my short stay.

Needs updating

Everything was smooth, and we really loved this place. It was conveniently located near Parliament Hill and a shopping mall. Since our train was around 5 p.m. and we wanted to explore Ottawa after checking out at 8 a.m., they kindly allowed us to store our luggage until we returned. That made our trip so much easier.

Nice Hotel with complimentary breakfast. Close to the City of Ottawa and everything you need nearby.

The room was missing a sink plug and face cloths. The staff didn’t apologize when I told them, but asked why we didn’t call them. We only discovered it in the morning and didn’t have time to wait. Also, the oat milk in the breakfast room was spoiled and there was no staff member to tell about it. The breakfast room is too crowded.

Internet worked well. Breakfast was cold, or tepid. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.
