Good

The property itself is dated, but it's been redone at least fairly recently and is kept in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room felt clean, and the amenities were as expected and everything worked. It was in easy walking distance of the convention center, and not a hard walk to Beale Street. Would definitely stay again if I needed to go to Memphis.

Lots of construction going on

I stayed here with my three kids and had a comfortable, safe experience. The pool was enjoyable and well-stocked with clean towels. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and guest services were prompt and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Decent place walking distance to Beale street

NO WiFi for 2days ! I had to drive a mile to get work done .

Great desk clerks gave valuable tips on local attractions. AC worked very well. Sink area needs to add a towel bar. Internet was slow and didn’t work at all sometimes. Room was comfortable with a nice view. Elevators were fast. Breakfast was fabulous.

Loved being able to see Mississippi river from my room. And the bridge at night. Loved the pool on high floor. Very clean and smell good room. Loved the gradage parking.

Unexpected parking fees on property, not clean, reserved two queen beds and got two full sized beds with mattresses that needed to be thrown away a LONG time ago. Bathroom floor and carpet very soiled. Very uncomfortable old musty smell, smoking right by door entrance causing it to smell like a smoking facility. I can’t believe this place got such high reviews, it was pretty bad.

This Comfort Inn is one of the best ones that I’ve stayed at. The king room was amazingly clean, spacious, quiet. The staff were all so kind and helpful especially Leslie at the front desk. Breakfast had a variety of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time.

It was a nice property. Views were great, walkable to downtown, bathroom was clean. The only downfall was a dirty upholstered chair that we didn't want to sit on, leaving one of us to have to sit on the bed.

Visited Memphis on the Busy July 4th holiday weekend and enjoyed our stay. Got to enjoy the fireworks watching from our room. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were amazing.

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero al estar en el downtown todo cierra muy temprano. En la recepción nos dijeron que era una zona demasiado peligrosa que evitáramos salir de noche. Hasta servicio de guardaespaldas le ofrecieron a unos amigos que se hospedaron junto a nosotros.

A short and mostly pleasant overnight stay. Excellent location in downtown Memphis that’s short walk to Beale Street. Very nice view on 9th floor. Fitness room is super tiny. Parking was convenient. Front desk staff was always pleasant. Some of the hotel staff was unpleasant and didn’t speak when spoken to but others were polite. Room was clean but very worn down in places. Would probably try a different hotel in the area to compare if/when we return to Memphis.

The staff and customer service at this hotel were amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room itself could use some updating - toilet handle had to be held down extra long to flush, air conditioning won't go below 70 and takes a long time to get there, etc. The location was a little off the beaten path, but we knew that going in and it was still centrally located to a lot of the touristy things we wanted to do in Memphis. We enjoyed the pool as well. Overall, we felt like we got our money's worth and had a great stay!

I loved the pool. I enjoyed the breakfast, but if i ever come back to memphis od stay here again because of the staff regardless of who you spoke to you were greeted with a smile and shown respect

Staff was amazing!

Good overall. Excellent staff. The building was a bit old, and the shower curtain was too small to prevent water splattering. Would visit again
