The headlights don't light up and the refrigerator doesn't cool itself

Room needs some repairs to shower head and more wastebaskets in room.

I like the room and the staff but i didn't like the breakfast you could have more things.

I was told my $100 cash deposit would be refunded early the next morning even though the policy is 10am . Had to go back n forth with clerk in the am to get my deposit back before 10am. Room was uncomfortable , bedding didn’t look clean or fresh .

I like to room it was nice and clean and front desk was very nice and friendly to me

Drain is clogged but otherwise pleasant, convenient, and cheap.

Room was dated, door didn't shut properly. Asked and received another room

My room was in very poor condition. Leaky toilet and shower. Swimming pool is pretty much a fowl pond. To bad with a little elbow grease and investment. Could be a nice place 🤔

Rooms needed updating. Molding was torn off wall in areas. There was a bad smell in the room

Room was dirty, sheets weren't clean, the carpet had spots, telephone wasn't working to call front desk, no iron in the room. I had to walk to front desk several times. The door to the room wouldn't lock they had to call someone in to fix it. Room was really dusty. Would never stay at this hotel again.

No breakfast and the cable t.v. was bad.

This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely filthy. Totally fault. Advertisement good night could not even take a shower give our child a bath tub and shower were nasty. Toilet was disgusting, Corners and baseboards had dirt buildup. I can’t even believe that they could rent a place like that out. We stayed at many places but nothing like this. I paid for two rooms and was unable to get my money back Advertise the pool The pool was not running. They advertised a full breakfast. All they had to offer was cold cereal, or oatmeal horrible. See pictures below. I would never recommend this to no one..

The staff working, there was very nice, the room cleanliness was far from. Mattress is full of blood, stains, mattress pad hasn’t been changed or cleaned for a while and had a bunch of debris on it, which makes me think the sheets also had not been cleaned.

The whole property including bathroom, rooms, stairs need to renovated

The lobby and rooms , although freshly painted, were tired, with old furniture, rickety room tables, old room chairs. Bathtub needed reglazing, drain was rusty, tile had grout that was brownish. Baseboards were coming away from wall. Lobby had 1980 furniture and decor. Very limited breakfast. Cereal had run out and there was no milk one morning. Food counter area messy. Staff was exceptionally nice and the towels and sheets were clean and the softest linens I ever slept on. Beds were very comfortable. The last 2 days we returned to a very bad smell in our room (like a mouse had died somewhere). But we never saw bugs or rodents.

When we arrived we noticed the mattress cover and the sheets were dirty so we went to the front desk to ask if anyone could come change them respectfully & the front desk ladies were respectful so when we returned the the room, the housekeeping lady was disrespectful she had an attitude and asked who had asked for sheets, and my son-in-law had told her that they were dirty so she started yelling and being aggressive with him, he wasn’t the one who got the room but I can’t speak Good English so he went to the office for me, but to the point where we had to go to the front desk again and ask them for a refund because we were not gonna stay there Since the complaint turned into an aggressive argument on the part of the housekeeping staff, she yelled at my son-in-law, but when I say aggressive, I mean aggressive and very rude, so we decided to leave the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel. The only apology I appreciate was the girl at the front desk
