It’s clean and convenient

I wanted to take bath but the water first was hot, after 10 minutes, water turned cold. I can’t neither take bath or shower.

Spacious room with a huge comfortable bed, have had excellent sleep for nights; welcoming reception with friendly staff; will recommend this cosy hotel to my friends!

No coffee in lobby Very limited coffee available in room, asked for more - not available No ability to purchase any food in mornings other than a full breakfast buffet Went to restaurant Friday night at 7 pm for a beer. Closed.

It would be nice if you could get coffee outside the restaurant hours … travelling and on different time zones a 24 hour coffee bar would have been great option

The hotel is fine and well located for the European Parliament. The furniture is a little dated though and generally the hotel generally could do with some upgrading. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Reception staff really helpful and lent me a socket converter. Room was so lovely and breakfast amazing.

Renaissance hotel is a very nice hotel near everything. The plaza with lots of restaurants, train station and the parliament. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good though it’s a bit crowded in the mornings. But coming to Brussels I always choose this hotel.
