The stairwell up to my room reeks of urine. “Non-smoking room” absolutely reeks of smoke. The room was dirty. Everything was stained. Bed was hard. Breakfast is listed as an amenity but they haven’t served breakfast since 2020. The cable didn’t work. Fire alarm started chirping about 11PM, every 30 seconds. Staff insisted that this is normal and happens in every room. I asked if they thought they could sleep through this and they came and disabled the smoke alarm, so there wasn’t any chirping but also no smoke alarm. But with the reek of smoke, and the hard bed, I couldn’t sleep at all. Shortened my 2-night stay to 1-night. Beyond frustrated that Hotels.com allows so much false advertising on their site and that once you check in you are stuck, even when the room is unacceptable.

The first room that they assigned the vanity light above the sink dd not operate - I went down to the desk and asked for and received a new room two doors down! Both rooms carpet and draperies were in need of repair - the 211 and 215 rooms were in need of carpet repair- the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The proprietor did mention that the facility was undergoing repairs. Yes, from what I saw it does need renovation.

The inside of the room was better looking than the outside. Comfy bed and room was clean.

My room had bood stain on the bed and pillow case blood on the floor and ice cup then i.went to front desk for better covers and sheet and he told me they didnt have any also did not want to take my service dog will never go back

Can not stay here and left as soon as found another hotel, with no refund.

Just needs routine maintenance especially the shower temperature control .

It was a bit run down in an area away from everything.

The first room we were assigned to had not been turned over properly. When I went to the staff, they questioned the validity of my concern. Finally they gave me the key to a second room. we had been traveling from Denver Colorado. Exhausted. We accepted the room. In the morning I went and talked about the condition of the room, or lack there of of cleanliness. I told them the TV didn’t work. I assumed the areas would be picked up cleaned and the television would be working when I returned. It was not. The room was not cleaned. unfortunately I had already paid for the rooms. So moving to another hotel was not one of the better options. TV finally got fixed. If you can say that you have to move the TV, stand next to it, and point the remote at the wall behind the TV in order to change channels as fixed. I have no intention whatsoever of paying for these rooms. Needing an additional night, the price went from $58 a night to $90 a night. And I was told I was lucky. This is not the safest neighborhood, and I would not recommend anyone ever staying here. I have never had this problem with any other Wyndham owned and operated facility. Whether it was high-end low end or somewhere in between. I could not be more disappointed. The staff was rude, patronizing, and not helpful. Don’t recommend this place, I would not tell anyone to stay here.

The property was horrible. There was wholes in the bathroom wall. The room wasn’t moped. There was stains on the blanket. I had to clean the tub. The towels were horribly stained. Never again.

This hotel was horrible. There was trash everywhere outside homeless people bumming cigarettes. The inside had chewing gum stuck to the floor. The towels in the bathroom were folded like they were clean, but they were dirty. The sheets were dirty. There was no blanket. It was horrible.

No ice machine or coffee. Room not very clean. Looked like blood spots on the sheets. No breakfast. Not a safe area. Stay away from this one.

The room towels and rags look like they were already used . The water in the tub won’t drain from shower . The toilet was broken no seat . I asked for toilet seat for two days . I even asked for another room. The room was disgusting

Staff is really nice! Arrived and the parking lot had been plowed.

The first room I had stains on the sheets did not sit on the bed wholes in the wall the Ceiling was peeling off and toilet seat was not attached I had my son so bought Clorox wipes and Lysol’s had to change sheets no comforter switched to the other room was better then first one comforter had cigarette burns on it and stains on pillow case would not book this hotel again

I never stayed. My flight got changed due to weather. And they didn't care at all. Didn't even give any of my money back. They do not care about the customers. They only care about money. Your suppose to care about both. Or there will be no money to care about.
