Website says hot breakfast. They offer toast or cereal along with a few fruits for breakfast. AC not in good working order. Floor warped and nasty. Pool closed before dark. Person at the desk barely spoke English and barely got off of his own personal call to answer my questions. I’ve machine on my floor was not working, so I had to go downstairs to use theirs.

In the room I stayed in, there appeared to be mold in the bathroom. The counter top didn't look thoroughly cleaned. The front door warped because it isn't able to close all the way without the additional lock.

When we went to park for our room it was sketchy. As we were walking to our room we saw so many roaches. My fiance thought they were going to ask if we needed help with our luggage. Then once in our room, there wasn’t extra lock latch to secure the door. The master lock barely was able to latch in the hole, but the door was so loose. You could see the light beaming around the door in the morning since we got there at 11pm. Crickets in the bathroom. The little closet in the room had random stuff shoved in it and it smelt so bad. The one staff we dealt with was nice. We won’t be staying here again.

The property looks NOTHING like the images shared online, none of the appliances work, and it is very old and run down.

Check in was a bit of a mess. Agent was short and rude. Had to call maintenance about plumbing. No hot breakfast was available all 5 mornings we were there. Coffee was not great in lobby but also often ran out and agent did not attempt to brew more. Housekeeping did not come for 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. Asked for more towels on day 3 and got them along with attitude and excuses. Parking is very limited. Advised to use handicapped spaces “for convenience.” No shade/umbrellas in pool area at all.

Horrible stay. First "non-smoking " room smelled like weed. So changed rooms and one of the locks was broken, then handle fell off shower, then roaches crawling around on the floor and when I saw a roach on the bed, i packed up and left but could get any refund, not even a partial refund. never again!! On top of that the noise people were making outside until 3 am made it impossible to sleep.

Very nice staff. Amazing price for what I got. Had a broken smoke detector in my room though but I can't complain too much because the price was that good

Beds are very narrow, hairdryer not working, incomplete breakfast. I don’t recommend it.

Had a issue with the remote control and toilet. Used the txt msg that was sent to my phone to communicate the issues with the room. Staff never responded. Went to the desk to get a missing remote and was given a broken remote. Said that the maintenance person would bring another one. Maintenance never came. Trash was already in the trash can we we got in the room. Parking was a nitemare. Breakfast wasn't anything more than cereal and toast

While the staff is friendly and helpful...i would strongly advise you to keep driving a block and stay at the fairfield inn my marriot. They had no towels for my kids after they went swimming....infact we had no towels in the room at all. Had to ask the front office and then they only gave us one. There are holes in the walls, curtans, ans ceiling. And while maybe some updates have been done there is much more that need to be done.....i know its a cheap hotel....but also know theres a REASON its cheap.

The bathrooms were so dirty, looked like the housekeeping was not done. There was no hot water and the bathroom was stinking.

It was not like pictures. Was supposed to have hot breakfast. Went downstairs to get breakfast and there was none. Someone staying at motel said you could go out a door and upstairs to a Room and o o k and they would hand you a plate With eggs and a waffle. That was not what sight said. I found a bug a small cockroach on my yeti that letting the room to go to the event I was to attend. When I got up during the night there were roaches all in the bathroom. I asked for a downstairs room because I have bad knees I was given an upstairs room with no elevator. When I returned from my event just after 1:00 am there was only 3 other vehicles at the motel. I feel for sure that there were downstairs rooms. Overall appearance of lobby and motel is rundown and dirty . Not at all like pictures I saw in making my selection to stay there.

dirty rooms and poorly maintained floors, walls and walk ways. loud noises at night, breakfast is a joke, no meat, no egg, no pancake no waffle or anything hot. after complaining he brough few coin size muffins, few yogurts and a jar of milk

room were dirty and food residue was left on the beddings from previous customer, abandoned pair of socks was on the chair, breakfast was a joke, no egg, no meat, just coffee, orange juice in a jar and milk in a jar and whole wheat cereal, coin size muffin and few sliced bread. no useful security on the premises. at 2:30 am we woke up to the loud door knock by a drunk customer. the property was called Baymont by Wyndham but on the credit card charge it shows as Laquinta!!??

I booked my room as breakfast included. At 8am, I was told by front desk that no breakfast

The accommodations did not match the photos provided, not by a long shot. The room itself was rather.. dilapidated. Things like lampshades missing, what looked like blood stains on the shower curtain, the bathroom door couldn’t shut properly, etc. Police cruisers were often in the parking lot, which didn’t make us feel especially safe overall. At check in we were told about the continental breakfast, but the following morning there wasn’t “hot” breakfast at all.
