Zimmer Ok. Die Matratze war leider sehr hart und die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht abstellen. Hat ständig geblasen.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

The hotel needs a facelift!!! The interior is very dated

The room was nice and clean but the shower head needs to be replaced. The water didn’t spray like it supposed to it just went all over the bathroom floor.

I liked everything about my stay except housekeeping asking me about checking out hours before check out time. Other than that we had an amazing stay!

The staff was very nice. The pool area is nice. I just don’t like knocks from housekeeping at 9am asking what time we’re checking out because check out is at 12pm.

Everything was great

Front desk team member, Winter was very kind and helpful. She helped us find a great local spot to eat and checked on us to see if she could assist with anything else. Later in the evening we came down to the lobby to have a drink and relax but the couches were very dirty and worn. So we went back to our room.

Unfortunately our stay was not so great as we had bugs in the room crawling on one of the beds and old blood stains on all of the pillow cases and sheets on the other. I asked for them to go check the room after the first night and encountered the same issues on the second night causing us to drive home which is five hours away.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Room was clean and had everything that was advertised. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Not the staff’s issue, but the restaurant really was not good. Evidently, they had an issue with chefs, but it is the worst meal I have ever had staying at a hotel that is sponsored by Hilton!

Stayed here as another hotel disappointed me. Nice hotel with good in site food options. Staff were helpful. Unsure about local area as there didn’t seem a lot but I didn’t have time to search around the property.

I enjoy this hotel. Never have any issues. The only problem is that it has a musty smell. They need to upgrade a little. It mainly in the lobby. Maybe have some kind of air freshener would help. But the staff is always nice and helpful. From the front desk, to housekeeping, the dining area and the Bar. Always very helpful.
