真的是一間令人驚艷的五星級飯店！從一進飯店到離開的那刻，都很美好！飯店的每一個服務人員都是笑臉迎人，泳池非常乾淨、餐點也非常美味，飯店還提供高級的接駁車到市區，司機也非常專業且笑臉迎人，真的是美到一間不可思議的飯店，為我們的蜜月之旅留下完美的回憶，下次回來羅馬我一定會再回來入住！謝謝你們大家的美好服務

整體水平是不錯的，唯一缺點是退房時候服務水平比較混亂，而且有一位員工嘅禮貌比較差。

Excellent experience — 10/10!

Very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome. Shuttle downtown is a great perk. Lobby bar is a great place to socialize and relax. The location of the hotel allows walking to neighborhood restaurants, shops and a small market. Very nice hotel and a very nice stay.

Very nice rooms and a great i door pool. The hotel testaurant on the lower level is terrible. There is a three star michelin restaurant in the hotel but that is not accessible to most people especially ones with families. The quality of the food in the restaurant on the lower level is very poor for a hotel of this quality It is also very expensive. Out of 10 days traveling throughout Italy, this was by far the worst restaurant. It also took them way too long to cook the food. We will not be back to this hotel.

Amazing hotel , great room with balcony

Lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. Room was spacious, bathroom was huge and balcony was a great addition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner was fabulous, a bit on the pricy side but that’s to be expected from premium hotel. They also have a good menu selection for lunch. We added breakfast to our room and it didn’t disappoint. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
