一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！ 此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！ 說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。 這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。 這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！ I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am. This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing. Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay.

Room was nice enough but ordered room service and could have put the window through with the bread on the sandwich, took over an hour to get it replaced and after check in they tried to charge me twice for it. Staff were nice but don’t think I would choose it again unless there were no other options

Frukosten var mycket bra. Dock var maten i restaurangen inte bra. Fanns knappt varmvatten på kvällen när man skulle duscha och på morgonen när sambon skulle duscha var vattnet kallt.

Very pleasant hotel with big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of noise from the street outside though.

Hotellet er lidt slidt, og vinduerne i trappegangen kunne ikke lukke helt, så det gav en del larm da det blæste ret meget. Herudover var der larm fra elevatorerne. Måske skyldes det, at vi boede på femte sal lige op at elevatorskakten.

Salles de bain rénovées mais les reste est un peu vieillot, tout de même confortable et tranquille. J’ai dû changer de chambre car la première chambre n’avait pas de climatisation. Le déjeuner était complet et varié. Bien correct dans l’ensemble.

This place was worse than a motel. The property itself is so old and rundown and smelled bad. They just slapped layers of paint on the doors to make it look “new”. No employees around, we were kind of on our own. It was so hot in the room and the tiny crack that we were able to open in the window, to get some air flowing, the drunk people on the street both nights made so much noise, yelling, screaming, and fighting until 2-3am we weren’t able to sleep…

When I arrived to check in, despite having prepaid for my reservation, I was informed that the room category I had booked was unavailable. Instead, I was assigned to a lower-category room, which was clearly inferior and presumably less expensive than the one I had reserved and paid for. Although the hotel moved me to the correct room on the second night, I experienced a significant inconvenience during the first night of my stay. As compensation, I was offered two complimentary breakfasts. While I appreciate the gesture, I do not believe it adequately compensates for the fact that the hotel was unable to provide the room category that had been confirmed and prepaid. I therefore believe that some form of reimbursement or additional compensation would be appropriate.

Nice place to stay in the centre not far from the train station lovely view of the river. Could have done with more teabags in the room and more plug sockets. Food was good becareful of coach tours as you may be sat in the lobby at breakfast because they filled out the restaurant

立地はとても良いです。駅からすぐで、窓からネス川が見えインヴァネス城にも近いです。近くに土産物店やスーパーもあり便利です。 ホテル自体はかなり古く、お部屋はモダンにリノベーションされていますが、機能性に欠けます。コンセントがデスクの所にしかない、館内電話がない、シャワーブースの縁が浅すぎてシャワーの水がこぼれる、などです。 スタッフは親切でした。

Do not recommend this hotel or the restaurant for the cost. The beds are shockingly hard, windows don’t open and virtually no airflow, and it’s in desperate need of an update. Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff are nice but there aren’t enough of them. Most are juggling multiple stations/duties.
