一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！ 此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！ 說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。 這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。 這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！ I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am. This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing. Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay.

Hotel was nice and staff really welcoming. Room was clean but bathroom light was really very poor, needs to be a lot brighter. Was a bit annoyed that we had to pay an extra £15 per day on top of our booking for using the hotels car park.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room felt dirty, with sticky surfaces and a carpet that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The overall condition was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ideal central location, river view room worth paying extra for. Lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep (especially enjoyed Jimmy Badgers, lovely food and scrummy cocktails). Room was very comfortable. Remember to take charger, no USB ports in the room. Didn't have breakfast so Can't comment on this. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Inverness.

In a really good location but could do with a little TLC. Restaurants, bars and shops just minutes away. All in all for what we paid it was very good value.

Great location. Staff excellent. Breakfast lovely. Badly let down by the nose from the street outside. The windows are so dated, they don't reduce any noise and there is a lot of noise. Wouldn't have minded so much if it was weekend, but we were midweek. Such a shame as everything else is really good. The hotel is really dated and desperately needs updating. It's clean though.

A bit worm-down but great hotel with a fine atmosphere. Great breakfast buffet, great bar with a very frindley and service minded staff. Fine rooms, with comfortable beds and bathroom. Located very close to the train station and main street. two minor issues: lokated in a street with a few bars wich gave some noise on friday and saturday night as the windows isn's soundproof. and do not order the hot coco at the bar as it is made on water,,, cross the street to the coffee bar insteaad.

Excellent location , lovely staff, but a bit noisy at night , and shower water a bit small , the room is a bit cold too.

Ótima localização em Inverness Quarto pequeno e precisando de reforma, além de melhora na limpeza Janela nao tem anti ruido, e como é uma regiao de bares, teve muito barulhos durante a madrugada

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. She sorted out a minor issue with my room. Room was clean and comfortable.

Loved this hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. This hotel is the perfect location to walk to many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The tables and menu in the restaurant were not wiped down. The 2 twin beds were pushed together. Overall its fine and for the price and location, not horrible, but a bit run down for sure.

Room was clean, staff were lovely, always a great stay.

Je recommande, petit déjeuner continental et belle chambre. Dans le centre ville donc excellent pour visiter la ville et boire un coup
