Wyndham was great but I had the worst experience with Expedia. I made a reservation on April 12 and within an hour I was at Wyndham and they said I did not have an reservation. I check my Expedia reservations and it was for the 19 of April. When I made the reservation I picked the first Saturday available and assumed it was the corrected date, it was not. At the hotel the clerk and I tried to get ahold of Expedia (by web and could not find a phone number to talk to someone) and could not. We tried for about 45 minutes. At that time I mad a reservation with Wyndham and had a great stay. My experience with Expedia has been horrible.

Bad service

There were several outlets that did not work, the refridgerator did not work, the door was not working properly, the bathtub did not hold water.

Some highway noise so best to stay on back side

When booking through Expedia, the hotel requires a $100 cash deposit but just in case you don’t have cash they don’t have an ATM for convenience. You do get the deposit back once they have you wait while they check your room. Random stains in the room and light fixtures that are broken off from the ceiling don’t help the vibe. The upside is this place is cheap if you’re in a pinch but it also seems to be very popular with construction workers and people in town for work but I wouldn’t recommend for a family or women traveling solo.

Staff was knowledgeable,friendly very helpful the breakfast was phenomenal,clean rooms really enjoyed our stay,will stay there again

Super friendly staff. Location is a bit loud near a busy road. The only creamer for the 24/7 coffee is flavored and milk is put away after breakfast is done. Many people like milk or half and half (not flavored) in coffee. Breakfast was not bad for the price of the room.

A $40 hotel at best

It's ok.

We start traveling to Victoria and this spot not the fancy but more convenient, it’s pet friendly for a little extra fee.

Rating on hotel service is 4. Only service request was a TV Guide

The property was clean. The only thing they privide only 2 towel and most time I myself use 2. I know I can ask for more towel but it late at night and did the best with the 2 towel

Got there and noticed blood on the bed right away. The coffee pot was on so it was spilled on the table. Hair was on the floor as if no one has swept. I woke up at 3:00 am with a spider the size of a quarter on the pillow I was sleeping on. Definitely couldn’t sleep comfortably after that

The room was decent and room was clean and bed was comfortable

the hotel was not good ,,the staff was friendly,,but I was gonna take my daughter but after I pulled up I knew it was not what I thought ..you can put all the lipstick on a pig ,but it still gonna be a pig ..I was thinking how to get my money back,I almost grabbed my thing I brought and left and went somewhere else,,but I was so tired I went to sleep un impressed and not happy

Rude people at front , refused me to use their lobby bathroom. Surprised me with a $100 deposit . Very low class staff
