位置不错，很方便，购物，吃饭都可以步行到达； 因为时间久了 所以设施有点陈旧 早餐供应不是很及时，有些想吃的东西总是取不到

地理位置不错。德国去法国中途停留最佳地方。

位在市中心，旁邊購物中心有超市，可滿足您的日常生活需求。但設備稍嫌老舊，跟其他城市Novotel相比，令人感到些許失望。

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Ich bin schon das 2. Mal hier und werde es auch zukünftig wieder buchen.

Great location that lets yo see the highlights of the city in minutes. Restaurant was very nice and had a great feel.

Hotel is modern. Goede bedden. Goede badkamer. Schoon. Goed restaurant. Een mooi openlucht zwembad met terras.Alleen heel jammer dat er nauwelijks stopcontacten in de kamers zijn. Naast het bed slechts aan 1 zijde van het bed 1 contactdoos. En een ander stopcontact op een heel ongelukkige onbruikbare plaats. En dat in een tijd dat iedereen oplaadbare gebruiksartikelen bij zich heeft.Wij troffen bij het inchecken een zeer norse en onvriendelijke haast onbeschofte blonde dame aan. Dit heeft geen invloed gehad op onze verdere beoordeling.

Great for a stopover. Spacious room for 3 adults (travelling with 20 year old daughter and husband) and our dog. Parking on site and very central to explore Metz

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel! Zwembad was mooi gelegen en goed. Ligging van het hotel was echt perfect in Metz! eer dichtbij het centrum, maar zonder geluidsoverlast!! Zeer ruime kamer, maar kamer was wel wat gedateerd. Airco was goed, ook met warm weer!

Centralissima, a due passi dal centro. L’unica nota è il centro commerciale (inclusa la piazzetta antistante l’hotel) che quando è chiuso, la sera, non ha un bell’aspetto (trascurato, sporco, malcurato).

The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells like a public toilet, payable at the time of leaving.

difficile à trouver l'ascenseur du parking qui nous amène à la réception, pas de place de parking distincte pour l'hôtel nécessite l'utilisation de 2 ascenseurs à prendre sortir de l'hôtel et un pour les chambres. point positif : près de l'hôtel énormément de restaurants

Le service au restaurant super, bon équipe et bon service. La chambre moyenne…toilettes et salle de bain un peu ancienne et même pas de cafetière. Beaucoup de bruit de la rue même au 2eme étage, mauvaise insonorisation sonore.
