I decided to take a hotel room for the day while my dog got spayed at do you need any veterinarian so that I could sleep and be close by to pick her up rather than drive back to St Petersburg and then back up to Dunedin. I was charged $30 for early check-in, on top of the daily rate and in spite of intending to check out after her surgery around 6:00 p.m. ish. I was woken around 3:00 p.m. by construction going on drilling and hammering !I called the front desk and was told " there's absolutely no construction going on in the hotel!!!" However in fact someone WAS doing work on the roof directly above my room. According to the front desk attendant, the general manager of the hotel, on the phone, refused to compensate me for any part of the price!

Great staff. Construction made it hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. (Room was booked as a non-smoking room.) We chose to leave our reservation early because the entire hotel seemed sketchy. When we left, all of our belongings smelled like smoke.

I didn't like this staff the staff is a bunch of ducking spit heads walking the building during a downpour and they tell me how I got to give them the deposit don't have cash deposit because pucking Expedia didn't tell me I had to walk around with a bunch of money in my pocket but apparently you have to have a bunch of money in your pocket in order to stay at the bucking piece of skit motel so yeah luck you

Sheets were stained. No way was I going to cover myself with that. There water one the floor, don’t know if it was because of the hard rain but I asked for a mop to dry it and front desk gave me towels because they don’t use a mop. Do they clean the floor with the same towels that we use to dry ourselves? No my best option to stay. Sorry

Was a really nice stay. The only thing is that could be nice of you extend the pool service until midnight at least. We were out all day and come back to the hotel to relax in the pool and was a pitty it was closed

It was clean and staff was nice kept the rooms clean did not like the entrance off the highway

Room was filthy. Photos are the wet floor by the bathroom, dirt on the table surface, dead insect on the bedside table, the small lizard on the floor, and the wad of human hair in the bed. They gave me another room, but wow! Coffee dispenser was broken. The place smelled like beer. The actual two rooms I saw looked nothing like the online pictures.

Honestly I did not anticipate much for the cost but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast could’ve had more options other than bagel/toast, waffles, cereal and yogurt. Juice machine was broken and other beverages were being sold at a cash only option (not very practical in these days) nonetheless it was a short trip and it sufficed. The pool was very clean and patio furniture looked all brand new. Overall the staff was great and whoever cleans deserves a raise because the room smelled great and was extremely cleaned!

The name of the property does not include that it is an INN. I thought i was booking a hotel not an INN. The sheets on the bed were not clean. I saw a large stain on them. The chairs in the room for seating were also heavily stained. I had to place a towel down before sitting. The front desk was pleasant but i felt misled overall by the Expedia post.

The staff is very friendly and they're always looking out for what you need. Great room for the price

There was a 3mm sharp piece of glass that pierced my finger while I was sleeping on the bed at night. I told the receptionist and showed him the piece of glass, he threw it away. Then he went up to my room with me to check my bed and said that maybe the laundry was not careful.

It was generally what I expected for the price and suited my needs.
