I liked the hotel and the restaurant was very nice. My biggest complaint was the wait time to get checked in. The line moved very slow. Otherwise, everything was good.

Was very cool location next to the seaplane port. Was woefully understaffed, shuttle took 1.5 hrs to pick us up, room check-in too almost 2 hrs, then did not get room we reserved, but a downgrade, never got room service or bucket of beer we paid for. Had to speak to a manager to get anyone to acknowledge any problems, but still did not get any resolutions. Would not recommend this hotel.

This should not be a milleneum property. it is not up to par. The staff are surly and rude, the floors throughout the property were disgusting. Our room was clean and nice, but the second you left your room, really bad shape. Window air conditioners in each room, which also does not seem par for a Milleneum. Mostly the staff is what killed it for us. So, so bad. For an area so reliant on tourism, some level of effort should be made to at least smile at your guests. Instead we were greeted the second we walked in the door to check in with a front desk agent glaring at us, then saying "its going to be a minute", then about 30 seconds later saying "it's going to be a lot more than a minute" (there was noone ahead of us). When she finally decided to help us, about 5-10 minutes later, while we just stood there waiting, she was cranky and short with us. It went downhill from there, sadly. The float plane landing field was amazing though, so that part was good.

Very relaxing

Check in was awful. Room wasn’t ready 2 hours after check in time of 3:00pm. Friends we were travelling with could only get their room at 9:00pm! Cleanliness was gross! Toenail on carpet in lobby for 2 days; hair from prior guests on bath. Housekeeping is obviously a major issue and I was told they are short staffed, including just one person at reception at time of checkout this morning.

I enjoyed the complimentary airport/ downtown transportation and luggage storage. The hotel itself was fine. Good dining options. The planes and lake are a fun virew. The guest rooms were a little gloomy but overall it was a good stay for the night.

Large property with unique entry area however property is dated and somewhat difficult to navigate. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Food at restaurant was ok. Loved proximity to lake and float plane activity.

Bathroom door would not close at all. The food and the service was great!

Disappointing end to our trip. The hotel is located in a rough area, the staff is super unhappy and annoyed that you are even there. Rooms do not look like the photos. Would never stay there again nor would I recommend it.

Hotel is good but something happened to me make the feeling horrible. When parked the car at front door to unload the luggage, the shuttle stopped behind my car very close, almost hit my son who is looking at me find luggage. The restaurant has mandatory 18% tip and they didn’t tell you when you checkout, just let you tip more

Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet expectations. The property feels outdated, and there’s no central air—just window units that struggle to cool the room, even when left on constantly. Noise was another issue. The planes land throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, this could definitely be disruptive. The beds were also not very comfortable, which made restful sleep hard to come by. The housekeeping was inconsistent at best. During my stay, I had a personal item of value go missing from the room. When I brought it to management’s attention, they offered no real acknowledgment or resolution. There was no follow-up, no compensation, and no accountability, which was deeply frustrating. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a bit unsafe, especially in the evenings. And the added “resort fee” felt unnecessary—there were no standout amenities or services to justify it. Overall, I left disappointed and wouldn’t return. The lack of comfort, poor service, and unresolved issue with my missing item made it a stay I can’t recommend.

The property is beautiful and on the lake where you can watch all the float planes land and takeoff! Unfortunately, the rooms are very worn and the carpet should have been replaced a long time ago. The staff is very very friendly! But unfortunately, they do not have enough help to do their job and the paying customers are the real losers. We had the McKinley suite, and we open the curtains to a dumpster 5 feet from our window with pallets and all kinds of material around. it was the worst part of our vacation, unfortunately.

Beautiful, clean, updated hotel with restaurant and bar with delicious food and right on lake hood, nice view from the restaurant patio of Float planes landing and taking off. Shuttle to downtown or airport.

I didn't like the fact that no one informed me at the front desk when checking in that there was a resort fee per day. We paid an additional $300+ at check out. Also the rooms could of been cleaner and the outside where the doors to the parking lot were very dirty.
