Location is good. Room is big. But toilet is very dirty and also the towel. Full of dust in all cabinets

This hotel is in a great location, the check-in process was very quick, but the room is a bit outdated. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning.

exellent location to access down town as just go down to lobby. A big shopping center and many restaurant next to the hotel. The room is very big and feel comfortable. Only a little bit difficult to find the hotel by car.

Hemos hecho ruta por Francia y nos hemos hospedado en diferentes hoteles, pero debo decir que el personal de este hotel ha sido, con diferencia, el mejor. Muy amables al responder consultas y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda. El hotel te permite ir andando a los puntos turísticos más importantes ya que está súper bien situado. El desayuno era variado y estaba todo bueno, además iban reponiendo a medida que se acababan las cosas. En nuestro caso es un viaje en familia con una niña y recomiendo el hotel.

Andra gången vi stannar till här. Bra parkering, bra frukost, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Men läget är kanon. Nån minuts promenad så är du bland gränder och massor med restauranger. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka!

Litt slitt rom, men helt ok standard for en overnatting som vi hadde. Veldig bra lokasjon i forhold til gamlebyen. God frokost og hyggelig personale🙂.

Très pratique. Grande chambre, calme. Personnel sympathique. Nous avons été bien. Seul petit bémol, pas la possibilité d'avoir une boisson chaude le soir.

It was extremely complicated and difficult to find the parking garage. Staff provided very limited and unclear instructions. We also have to ring the doorbell in the garage for the staff to open the door for us to access the hotel elevator; one time we were ringing the bell for good 15 minutes, but no one came to open the door. We were trapped at the garage level for awhile. The garage smelled like pee. We told the staff afterwards about the situation—they just shrugged! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
