So when we first got there we found a used press-on nail I threw it out thinking it was just something small they missed but then we went to turn on the tv and it didn’t work. Then, the power went out and when we were packing our things to leave we were going thru the drawers making sure we didn’t leave anything and found a quite large pair of short/underwear in there

Entire building could certainly use some renovation, considering the out dated/ poor craftsmanship all around. Whether it’s fixing up paint, better showers, a bigger pool, more gym equipment, or better lighting.

The staff was friendly. For breakfast they have waffles, eggs, potatoes, cereals, bagels, muffins and yogurt; along with orange and apple juice as well as coffee and tea. The location is horrible. Getting in and out of the parking lot onto the road and back again is definitely tricky. They’re located by lots of dining places and a dollar tree but there’s hardly any sidewalks if you decide to take a walk.

Not clean - air conditioner was crazy loud in our room so we ended up having to just turn it off to be able to sleep. Did the job for one night, but couldn’t imagine staying there any longer.

Convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance of fast food and convenience store

It was okay. My kids couldn’t use the pool because it was so dirty. Best for stopping the night only.

Our room was huge with a kitchenette, dining table, couch, desk and 2 queen beds. Living area was partially separated from beds with a wood screen. It was clean and easy to find. However the hot tub didn't work, and the person who checked me in made the incoming calls a higher priority than finishing her business with me standing there at her counter. She was very nice otherwise. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff are very nice however this place is kinda creepy.We woke up in the middle of the night with a loud knock on our door. We did not know whats on their bedsheets, but it had an itchy feeling. Bathtub was clogged. We are supposed to stay for 2 nights but ended up stying for 1 night.

Run down and not in a very nice area. The shower/tub filled up with water half way while trying to shower and overall just not a very nice place. Wouldn’t recommend!

The free breakfast and free uber going to the airport was great.

The property did not match the pictures on Expedia at all. This property is very run down. Ceiling is coming apart and walls are marked up in the hallways. The elevator broke while we were on it and we had to take the stairs. The first room we got the AC didn’t work and the room was well over 90 degrees in there. We got a new room but it took over 4 hours. The best thing at the breakfast was the cereal. The waffles tasted like they had chemicals in them. The eggs were cold and tasted like they were from the day before or even longer. Overall, this is a terrible property and I feel like the pictures on Expedia catfished us on what we were getting.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

The staff was very nice and professional. A windstorm had blown a umbrella table into the pool. They had it removed before the pool area opened the next morning.

The staff was excellent. Very kind and helpful. Stored food that wouldn't fit in the room's refrigerator; provided extra bags we needed; had no problem allowing us to stay an extra 1/2 hour due to illness.
