Great location

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was meh, needs a good deep clean, toiletries in the room were missing, most hotels have lotion, mouthwash, etc…not here. There was a shoe mitt and mending kit but the shoe mitt was missing from the box, not a big deal but there should be more attention to detail in making up the rooms.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich war nun zum zweiten Mal vom gesamten Hotel begeistert (November/ Dezember 2023 zum ersten Mal). Ein toller Pool, schöner Whirpool und kleines aber gutes Gym in der 27 Etage, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Stadt runter. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel gibt es alles was man braucht. Ich werde wieder kommen! Da ich großer Eishockey Fan bin und das Rogers Place in 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Auch das Chop Steakhaus in der Lobby vom Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Excellent staff! Awesome place to stay being in walking distance's to downtown & Rogers Areana! Highly recommend!

Hotel was a good central location for what we needed. Chop Steakhouse is always nice. Lobby is clean and inviting. Rooms are just ok as they need some updating. Main issue was we had no hot water the evening of our stay. Notified front desk and they advised to let the water run for 15 minutes. We did this for about 20 minutes and finally gave up. Morning we let it run for about 10 minutes and then we had hot water.

Room was well-maintained. Staff friendly.

Perfect choice for an Oilers game or concert

Lovely hotel in a great location. Picked it for its proximity to the Ice District and Rogers Place and it was perfect!! Discovered the PED makes it so you don't even have to go outside from hotel to arena! The staff were all so so nice and helpful. Room was cozy. Will absolutely book again!

Rooms could use some update

The hotel was perfectly located close to many restaurants and Roger’s arena! Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed 2 nights and our room was comfy, clean and well set up. Even blackout curtains for sleep-ins. Bonus! We came for a hockey game and Roger’s Arena was only a 5 min walk on indoor above ground Pedway. So easy. Also, a 3 min walk in the othe direction to Irish bar that serves food until midnight. *****pool!

Nice size room and great location. It was nice having Chop Steakhouse onsite and it also serves breakfast starting at 7am. Very accommodating as they didn’t even hesitate to give late check out, it was much appreciated.

Great downtown location for the price. Friendly service with a great roof top pool area. Rooms were a good size and clean. Some furniture was well used.
