This place was about as nasty and sketchy as you can get which is why we didn’t stay here. Once we got to the room we left. It was terrible. Now I gotta fight to get our money back. What a joke!

Room was very nice, newly remodeled despite the outside, lobby, and hallways looking a bit rough. The elevator is also incredibly sketchy. The $150 deposit seems like a bit much, especially when ive stayed at much nicer places that charge less.

Hole in grout in shower only at chest level. Sirens all night. No parking

The stay was good. My finance had to leave early so I stayed for a few extra days. The last 2 days went up over $100 per day equaling over $200 per day which I thought was quite outrageous. I spent more for 2 days.than i did for any of the prior bookings. Butni had no choice as a had no vehicle and had just been diagnosed with Cancer.

It was a place to shower and sleep. Nothing more or less.

It was clean and quiet. Parking was a little hard with a cargo van.

It was a bit sketchy.. There was a gap in the door and door jam where you could see out into the hall The security lock was broke off. Didnt feel very safe!

The Comfort Inn is a good location, about 10 minutes drive to Westport and The Plaza. It’s also close to Power & Light. For the area, the price was reasonable. It’s clean and the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The place has been remodeled and the rooms are comfortable.

Good spot for the price. Quite. A tad dated but not bad. Polite staff. Rooms clean. No veiws of the city surroundings. Tight parking lot.

The stay was great. The only complaint I have was the air conditioner not working as nice as I would like and I had no way to adjust temperature. Check in and out was painless and the room was very clean. I would stay here again.

Nice place, Shower didn’t drain.

There was food and drink left over from the previous guest still in the refridgerator. The bathroom outlet did not work, could not use hairdryer. There was no other mirror/outlet combo in the room. There were hairs on the bathroom wall, one of the towels were dirty.

Average hotel

:) this hotel served its purpose. A bit pricey in my opinion for the DIY renovations in my room not being finished haha, no fault to establishment or owners the renovations in my home aren’t all complete either. Hot complimentary breakfast WAS offered which isn’t always an option at these smaller stays. Thank you.

Very impressed with this hotel and my room really have no complaints. Very well priced, very clean everything was taught notch really close to the venue I was going to friendly and helpful staff, price was also really good. Will be using this place every time I'm in the downtown Kansas City Missouri area

Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Shower was excellent and breakfast was outstanding! 👌
