It was okay they really don't like giving out more than 1 roll of toilet paper and similar situation with the towels. But very quiet environment if you need some downtime

Rooms clean and nice beds. Pool area was locked with no notice that your key card won’t work- you have to tell the front desk. They said the first door is locked to “prevent people from running in and out”. Pool tile floor could use a good cleaning it seemed very dirty. Basic breakfast options. Front area being cooled by fans, no AC on. AC in rooms nice and cool!

Chicago is beautiful this time of year. I got some good rest.

No room cleaning for three nights

Bed was super comfy and room was very clean. Breakfast was typical for a hotel

Check in staff could have been friendlier but he wasn’t rude. Also breakfast should extend to 1000 instead of 9 am

When we recieve our room the sheets were dirty on one bed and the blanket was dirty on the next bed. The bath tub was dirty and discolored. When we left out the room for the day we were expecting a house keeper to come and clean our room. When we got back to the room later that day. We left at 10am and returned at 7pm. More than enough time for the room to be cleaned . The room wasnt clean, no clean towels in the room either. When we called the front desk they said the housekeepers leave at 5pm which isnt my concern when they get off. I expect my room to be cleaned. Thats not the bad part when we ask for towels they only gave us 2 washing cloths and drying towels. After explaing that we needed more towels due to there being 2 kids in the room. They response was those the only one they had cleaned and laundry wadnt done. So upon check out we brought the concern to the morning person who goes to say we have to ask to have our room cleaned, i then proceed to ask him is that written in your policy, his repsonse was he didnt know. I will most definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Customer service wasnt good at all no accommodation made just out right bad service.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Restaurants and shopping center are just around the corner. Very convenient.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pillows smell nice, staff is friendly.

I like the hotel because it was closer to shopping mall. I didn't like the bedding was horrible as if they did not change it and so wrinkle, the breakfast was not as excepted it was pre wrap, it was fine to lay your head. My kids did not get in pool it did not look clean.

Not as I expected, I have to change the room 3 times.I gave 3 stars because the front desk helped me everytime there was an issue. the issue here is on the house keeping, one of the room,the carpet was wet to the extent my socks abosobed the cleaning solution, hairs on the bathroom floor. another room the sink is clogged before even start using it, the toilet wont flused inside. if the area was properly checked in the first placed I wont have to change my room seveal times

El Lugar es cómodo, Las instalaciones limpias, camas cómodas. Desayuno básico pero bien

Not dog friendly at at. Be prepared for 30 dollars a nights add on. In a good location and breakfast was so so.
