房間有點小

分到的房间临主路有点点吵，地理位置非常好，周边餐厅很多，酒店本身有个不错的餐厅。

Excellent service. Nice perks like electorate tabs for water and a palate cleanser at dinner.

Property was easy to find. Parking on premises. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant was adequate. Could have a little more choices . Coffee bar adequate. Could have a supply of fresh baked goods as well discovered outstanding fresh bakeries in the area. Room excellent. Beds comfortable, bathroom very clean. Too recommend. Excellent stay.

Good restaurant

The person checking us in charged an extra security deposit per room to my credit card. She said it was for security deposit and will be refunded when we checked out. The next day, we had a different staff check us out and she said the deposit is just on hold, so no need to process any refund. Now when I check my credit card the extra deposit per room (we had 2 rooms) where processed and not refunded. Now I have to spend time chasing the refund.

Be advised they charge for on site parking. You can park on the street but it’s a little tricky. We found a couple of excellent restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. However, the pool was too cold to use and the hot tub wasn't working (although the water was hot). The maintenance guy said that they had just opened the pool and hot tub which was why the timer for the hot tub wasn't turned on (??) and he wasn't able to do so (??). Manager said that pool was heated as hot as it could go per regulations (28c). It definitely didn't feel that warm and that's not warm enough for a pool that is simply big enough to get wet in and not do any kind of serious swimming. Nothing mentioned in the hotel description that stated the hot tub wasn't fully functioning nor a proper description of the pool (not for lap swimming and not heated to a relaxing temperature). We paid a very high price for the room and although it was booked for two people, we had only one chair in the room (asked for another one and they brought up an office chair); had to ask for robes (none in the room); had to ask for a breakfast tea bag (only one in the room plus one bag of chamomile). Paper cups for a room this expensive is questionable. Two towels for two people. The a/c and fan unit very loud. Sounded like a truck starting up every time it ran which was about every 30-45 minutes. We ended up only spending one of the two nights. Very disappointing.

No hot water, and every time I stay at this hotel I have the same no hot water problem Brought it to the staff and all she did was give me an extra 1000 Marriot rewards, but I still had no hot water, figure that….for the money you pay to stay here, you’d think the water would be hot.

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown. Great location and very walkable. Nice amenities at the hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Great hotel and rooms. The restaurant was good and bar staff was awesome.

The room view from the second floor is terrible. Fan in bathroom on constantly. Night costs were high.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I didn't like the tiny sink in the bathroom or the sliding bathroom door, which was difficult to open from the inside.

The property is really well located and really nice inside. Our issue was the cleanliness of the amenities. There was a large wedding party that left behind a big mess, so much so that we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We also had a few issues with our room; the shower didn’t work properly, the curtains were coming down, and our room was right above the smoking area so we were smelling smoke until late.

very busy with many baseball teams visiting . pool and hottub very busy and no towels remained . also hot tub was not warm in the morning at 9 am when I went to use it.otherwise comfortable bed and nice modern look and feel

The place had everything that we needed.

I wasn’t overly impressed with this hotel. The location is close to amenities and it has a secure parking garage which I appreciated especially given the downtown location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, We ordered room service.The food we ordered was lukewarm and very bland. The hotel accepts pets but it’s in a terrible location if travelling with a dog. There are no grassy areas close to the hotel. Riverside Park is a great location nearby but dogs aren’t allowed.

Electric charger availability was not acceptable. With the popularity of electric vehicles having only one charger available on the premises is poor customer service. There were 3 cars in the electric vehicles parking area. We had to share 1 charger. There is a 4 hour limit notice but if the others guests do not follow the rules you cannot charge your car. Please consider increasing chargers.
