The apartment had no proper on site support. Every time we needed assistance, we had to go to the main entrance because there was nobody available in the building to help guests. The apartment was rented for three people, but there were only towels and bed linens for two. In the bathroom, there was only one small sample size shampoo and conditioner set, clearly not enough for three guests. The apartment was also very dirty. The carpet looked old, black, and completely worn out. There were no bed linens prepared for the sofa bed, and when they finally brought some, I found old bedding stored inside that looked like it had been there for a very long time. The mattress was in terrible condition. It looked broken and uneven, as if the foam or springs had collapsed to one side. Although the location is good, the apartment is absolutely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Check in experience was excellent. Friendly and efficient front desk employee who knew what they were doing. Room was clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. Using the TV was a bit frustrating but we got it figured out after a while. Bathroom is quite small but was clean and met our needs. Lots of plug ins in convenient locations to power all of our devices. The fact that the hotel is connected to a 24 hour restaurant was a real plus for us. Overall it was a very good experience and we would likely stay here again.

Included all amenities. Traffic a bit loud in the tower and really need to replace mattresses on the sofa bed. Otherwise, a decent place to stay close to a lot of restaurants, shopping.

We were met by super helpful front desk. I was in town for hip surgery . They made sure to put us in a room near elevator but not too close. They gave us a corner suite which was clean and beautiful . Genuinely offered us help with whatever we may need. Once in room we received a call about an hour later asking if everything was satisfactory and did we need anything. We were very well taken care of and the room was clean and gorgeous as was hotel Lobby . Close to food and across from Mall so perfect location

Great hotel for reasonable money, bar was open late, breakfast was good. Ill be back.

Phenomenal hotel for a young family, easy access to the interior pool and very modern and updated rooms. Would absolutely return next time we travel through Kelowna!

I don’t think they gave working vacuums.

My only complaint was that I had booked an atrium room and they changed it to an outside room. The stairwells are in need of a cleaning. Staff at the front desk very good. We did not use any of the amenities at the hotel.

The hot tub jets were not very good, it almost felt like they were not on.

The staff went above and beyond! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is a hotel that is in need of major renovations. Not worth the roughly $400/night charges.

great location, good amenities (especially if you have kids), Denny's are BAR ONE on the property is a nice bonus, McDonalds next door for a quick meal for the kids, etc

Pool and hot tub area very crowded

The staff on check in were very welcoming. The room was very clean. Looked like it was recently refurbished. The extras in the room are very appreciated, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. I love the location of this hotel. Walking distance to the mall and movie theater. No to far from downtown either. There was only one downside. I had been given a room facing the pool and the one night it was full of kids till 10pm. Very noisy. So if you want to be guaranteed quiet ask for a room facing the outside. I feel also the pool should close at 9pm for kids. I will stay here again though.

The staff was amazing everybody was super friendly and ready to help you with whatever you needed. I really enjoyed the housekeeping staff they were always joking and happy and always made sure I had everything I needed in my room for my stay. To the delightful lady who checked me in and had to help me get a third party authorization when my credit card didnt work, you are an absolute Rockstar! Thank you for your patience with my confusion and walking my friend and I through getting me checked in. I wish I could remember your name but you absolutely NAILED IT at your job and I appreciate you.

Close to the mall clean with a pool and a restaurant on the property.

Had to change rooms due to smell. Got new room and pullled out pull out couch and bedding was dirty. Walls had hand marks on them for example some smeared hand marks down them. Overall cleaniness was really poor.

I recently stayed at the Sandman Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The carpet in the room was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. On top of that, the entire room had a strong musty smell that was impossible to ignore. The overall atmosphere felt unclean and uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax or enjoy the stay. I did not feel comfortable staying there and would not return based on this experience.
