Nice place to stay, especially 5 star to its restaurants and bars!

虽然酒店房间里设施不太新，房间也小了些。但是是一个非常棒的住体验，服务特别让人宾至如归。以及酒店配套的餐厅和酒吧，都是非常有格调的装修，氛围令人流连忘返。加上酒店本身的历史，值得选它。

Wonderfull hotel but the bed and the pillows are terrible. Mattress very old.

Fabulous time and lovely staff just disappointed the swimming pool was freezing the first day and not being able to use the sauna and steam as that’s why we booked it. Had fun though thank you

This a wonderful hotel. It's not cheap, but it is a great place to stay for any kind of special occasion. It's a rare surviving example of grander times. Pure quality!

Lovely one night stay in the city, hotel is iconic, interior of hotel and bedroom is a little tired in some areas but still beautiful and clean. Quality and attention to detail is amazing. Residents bar is worth stopping by for a drink.

What an experience. Soup to nuts the service was on point! Rooms while small had so much character and history. Would recommend if you like a hotel with history and superb service!

No heating i the room A huge conference in the hotel which mean impossible to have lunch and stay in common area. Some people doing video conferencing in spa Very small room for a rip off price.

Our short break was made special by the highly trained and delightful staff. They really are a great asset to an outstanding hotel.
