Pool area was dirty and no pool towels.

It’s not a 5 start hotel, but the service is definitely 5 stars!

The property was right off the interstate and close to family. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Building and property were dated. A little updating and upkeep was needed, but the staff was very attentive to any need and top notch. Breakfast was as expected and the nearby area felt safe.

Pool smelled of chlorine to high and hot tub NOT HOT!!!!

Unpleased with the attitude of night personal. Hot tub broke any pool was ice cold and not clean .kid's vary unhappy.would never recommend this place.

We enjoyed most of the property. The beds were simply amazing and room temperature was great. The bathroom is a good size. Amenities were okay. But the room smelled of a heavy musty odor that we traced to the air conditioner which had wet dirty plugs of dust in it and those were also on the ceiling. We had to go purchase a diffuser to mask that odor. Please clean your heat and air units and disinfect them.

I was concerned when I drove up - the grounds were weedy and unkempt, and there were construction workers barbecuing on the edge of the parking lot. But inside all was clean, quiet and comfortable, and staff was attentive. They said the workers outside were long-term guests and were allowed to gather outside on a Friday afternoon as long as they were quiet and didn't bother guests, and that was absolutely the case. Good value for the money.

Was an ok stay. Room was good. Hot tub and pool were ok as well with hot tub not very warm. No salt or pepper for breakfast in morning. Sausage links weren't cooked very well and they unplugged the heating unit for the hot breakfast items over a half hour before time was over. Other that that all was good.

The bedroom and bath were both spacious, with two queen beds and a large counter in the bath. We spent 5 nights and had no problems sleeping or going around the area to several activities. The breakfast was OK, but I would have preferred bagels instead of the waffle maker.

The beds and pillows are pretty good for a queen bed. Adequate towels and personal bathing items were convenient and handy. Love that we got a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee maker!!! I like that i had a window to open, summer air is great. The property itself was ok. There was a lot of big families that were loud, i could hear them through the walls, and from above as well, and next to me, a guy snored so loud! There was a spider in the bathub The window had black mold in it from trapped humidity and no maintenance. The room smelled very musty and moldy as well. My teenager puked from it on the 2nd night. If i have to ill stay here again, but i dont think id stay if i didnt have to, honesty.

The owner should be in a different line of work. Very grumpy. This hotel is old, not kept up, and the owner is something else. Go elsewhere.

We stayed 4 nights and were given service two of the days. Usually, hotels don't service that often since the pandemic.

The workers suck there and not respectful to customers at all.

No complaints. Friendly staff. Simple but good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Reasonably priced. Nice location.
