Excellent

A cozy resort with everything you need for a family. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel room felt like our home. The 24 hour Mokapu Market and laundry service room were super convenient for the guests and all the hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely the hotel choice of Maui.

1. Got "Late check-in". I arrived at 4:10pm and can't check in until 5pm. It's my first time to get this kind of experience. To be honest, I don't think it's acceptable as Andaz is 5star hotel. 2. When I checked in, Andaz didn't inform me they would charge me USD500 as the guarantee. I didn't know that until my bank updated me 2 hours later. I totally understand some hotels will do that for safety, however, Andaz should inform me in advance about that. 3. On the midnight, say 1:30am, before the departure day, I got msg from my bank again that someone charged me USD57 from my card. After checking with bank, it's Andaz again. I'm very surprised that Andaz charged me without any notice, and it's weird they did it midnight. It's highly possible you're not aware at all if my bank didn't msg me about that. I went to desk and nobody was there though supposed they have 24hour reception. It's 2am around. I called the desk and luckily someone picked up and explained to me and said it's automatic process in hotel system. She apologized to me and said it's accidental. How could it happen? Just because Andaz got my credit card details when I checked in. 4. When I checked out, the receipt showed USD10.42 of Andaz Crew Beach. However, I didn't use any pool/beach facility or service during the stay. The lady on the desk said it could happen "sometimes" and they will remove it. 非常喜欢这个酒店，非常静谧安静，海滩无敌，大堂俯瞰太平洋，美到极致。24小时超市小巧但方便。早餐品种算丰富的了。服务人员都非常友好，遗憾的是因为沟通原因，在租车上出了一些问题，但瑕不掩瑜，服务还是要给满分。

This place is not for the average traveller. Plan on a large budget. The breakfast buffet for two with one mimosa each ran roughly $160 after tip. Dinner for two was a little over $400, after tip. The Luao for two was around $850. It was our 10-year anniversary, and I was well prepared and fully expected the expense. To me, it was worth it, and I would definitely come back again. Andaz has a very nice selection of swimming pools; there's even one just for grown-ups. The staff was always helpful, and a cocktail was always nearby. There's also plenty to keep you busy around the hotel. We did a snorkel tour and a dinner cruise. Both were incredible.

I love this property. The beach access, the staff, the pools (adult pool) totally make the price tag worth it. The food could use a little love, its not bad but not great. Best food options are definitely outside of this hotel.

3 star service for a 5 star price. It’s also unfortunate that you can’t use sauna/ steam room etc without booking a spa service. Again, this should be standard and an expectation for those used to staying at 5 star resorts. Views and property itself are beautiful - come for a drink or dinner but no need to stay here when you can get a nearby Airbnb for half the price!

The hotel is gorgeous with lots of different pools and areas to explore. The beach has beds / umbrellas and we were even able to borrow body boars. Sadly the excursions included in the stay were fully booked when we arrived and we weren’t there long enough to book for future days. The parking and resort fees are quite high (possibly very common in the US) so consider that when booking ($59 parking and $50 resort fee per day), breakfast is also not included so your extras add up very quickly.

Valet lost my Rental car key the night before leaving. Missed my flight because of this. Hotel manager offered no solution when I was stuck at airport and had to find accommodations for an extra night because no other flights. Poor attitude and customer service. They lost my car key for my Turo! Had to have it towed out of the lot(which hotel paid for) but did not take further responsibility when I lost my flight.

Amazing hotel and service!

The staff was the best part aside from the very beautiful views. If you are going to go there I would highly recommend the beach facing view from the room. So worth it. Lovely staff and worth every penny.

Lovely resort. Comfy room. Some strange interactions with the valet upon arrival. They were confrontational and laughed at my husband when he asked a question. Overall, I don’t think the staff was very happy as we had few positive interactions. Very pretty grounds. Loved the tranquil pool.
