Refrain from sending wool/cashmere clothes for dry clean there. My brand new sweater shrunk after they dry cleaned it.

This hotel is 10/10. Everything is excellent. It is underrated - this hotel should have been classified as 5-Star Plus. The service is excellent. The room is beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. The location is just behind The magnificent ‘Il Duomo’. Closed to the train and metro stations, shops, luxury haute-couture boutiques, and eating outlets. I definitely stay at this hotel again anytime I visit Milan.

The location, food and staff all is awesome

Menu sarapan membosankan, 2 hari plus 3 hari stay, menu breakfat tetap sama dan tidak banyak pilihan. Room Attendant saat merapikan kamar juga tidak standar, di 2 hari pertama, tidak ada sandal, sabun tangan dan air minum compliment, dan cotton bud. Di hari 3 sd ke 5 semua tersedia kecuali air minum compliment yang hanya di kasih satu botol kecil serta tiap hari, walaupun memang bisa langsung minum dari tab water. Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat katedral dan shopping area.
