Mala experiencia , el cuarto estaba muy sucio . , los botes de basura estaban llenos . Llegué a la 1 pm por que en la página del hotel decía que el check in es a las 12 ,y cuando llegué a recepción tuve que pagar 20 dólares más por que en recepción dijeron que la entrada era a las 3 cuándo en la página del hotel dice 12 pm .

Everything was good except tried access to laundry app..it never worked so not able to do it.

Never been to a Hotel or Motel that didnt allow you to take food from the breakfast bar to your room......staff was very unfriendly......WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.....

The bed was hard as a rock but the worst part was the overwhelming smell of the cleaners they use. Way beyond acceptable, it smelled so strongly it gave me a stomach ache and head ache. Everything I own stinks like that room now that I’ve brought it home. Even my CPAP machine sends that smell through the mask and I have to replace it. It was awful. Also they reset my key card every day and I had to keep going back to get it re magnetized and it was never near my phone. Overall very disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay, comfortable bed helped me sleep well. Clean room and everything worked well.

I had a last minute reservation. Considering we were right under a highway overpass and many construction workers employees, the place was noise free. We slept comfortably and got a good nights rest. The gentleman at the front desk was very cordial.

People were making too much noise in the middle of night like 2AM, 3AM, etc. It woke us up many times.

Tv no signal.

Well lit property at night. Sketchy area with people hanging around outside during the night hours

I was asked for a deposit I don’t see it returned to my account

Decent hotel for the price. About 5 minutes away from the Toyota Music Factory, which is why I chose this location. Would stay again.

I asked for a non-smoker room and as soon as I walked into the room, the smell of cigarette hit you right in the face. The room had roaches

Breakfast the kids enjoyed their Texas waffles

The room was basic which was fine. But the staff weren’t friendly, the property was over run with what seemed like drug heads, and the pool hours lasted through the night.

Enjoyed my stay

The staff are negative stars in my opinion.
