Wifi一直有問題！

Very nice boutique hotel with helpful staffs. Spacious room with nice decoration. Decent breakfast with high quality food. Small hearted restaurant staffs too. We will definitely be back to this hotel when we visite Florence again.

I've stayed here multiple times and absolutely love the staff. They are BEYOND wonderful. They are Four Seasons/ Ritz Carlton tier!!! It's the perfect personalised luxury hotel. I'd live here!!!!

Amazing stay as always. Beautiful hotel but the staff make it great. Feels like a home away from home. Perfect location that is easily walkable everywhere in the historic center.

Awesome stay, large and comfortable room. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful and really make you feel at home! Delicious breakfast and the hotel is beautiful. Location is great as well, especially if you are coming by car, since it is a short walk to all the sites but just outside the really crowded walking zones. Will be back as soon as possible!

This hotel is a perfect distance from the busy parts of Florence, but at the same time very easily walkable. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. I’d stay there was so pleasant. Great room, great breakfast, great staff!!

I loved the quiet location of this hotel. It was a great location for walking to all the main areas we wanted to visit. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The room was a good size for the two of us, very clean. Shower and water pressure was wonderful. The free breakfast every day was amazing!
