It is a beautiful building. Our room had a French balcony. Looks like the hotel is very old so rooms are dated and corridors very stark with no art. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. We had a club room so had access to the lounge. Food was plenty but not particularly good. Lots of desserts. There was a coffee maker in the room but we were charged for the coffee capsules we used. This was a surprise for a five star hotel.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything was well maintained and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend when visiting Mérida!

La habitación está bien , las TV antiguas, el personal excelente.

La habitación necesita mantenimiento ( en esta ocasión en lavamanos del tocador, siempre estuvo fugándose el agua y fue incómodo poner toallas En el piso para evitar resbalarse , el personal amable

La habitación fue mejor de lo esperado, nos asignaron una excelente habitación!, y muy buen trato

Muy limpio, muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos de Paseo Montejo y del Consulado Americano; el desayuno buffet excelente!!

En general la habitación era cómoda y limpia, sin embargo, el lavabo estuvo tapado todo el tiempo que estuvimos hospedados.

Hospitable and friendly staff. Hotel was well situated within the city. Suite was well maintained and stocked. Complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres/drinks were wonderful after a long day of sight- seeing.
